C'mon now, out of anyone, it had to be Bill cipher? Since he had to be a narcissist or dictator as soon as he got his powers, you couldn't stand him.
So what you did is respond, in the most calming way possible without clashing your teeth together like a storm in the ocean. "Sir, him and I cannot work together, it would be an unstable job condition." You tried to say that smoothly but hissed at the end.
You hate to admit it to yourself but you want to see him, my life for him for a ring of fire, as I fall the flames went higher.
"Miss (L/N), I'm sorry but you're the only one who can handle such a beast, or are you too scared to take the challenge." He maliciously teased, nothing got you more work up then someone saying you're too scared.
"I'm just as capable of during work with him as he is with me." Lucifer smiled "See miss (L/N) this is why I like you, you have such determination, I'm sure you won't have a bad time."
You took moment, "Yes sir." You responded bluntly. You went to your office and sunk in your chair.
While staring at the ceiling, you made scenarios in your head.
So many possibilities
Love, Hate, Friendship, who knows
You sighed and began to tidy your office. Your messy papers picked up, water bottles thrown away, and pens in their right place. You turn the lights switch off and closed the door.
Walking through the office you hear things along the lines of
"We'll miss you!"
"Good luck!"
"Try not to kill your partner"
Word must've traveled fast, the last one really stuck with.
You chuckled
"Thank you guys, and i'll try not to!"
You signed your name on the check out sheet.
As you open the exit, all you saw was your exit portal,
It was Blue, with a touch of green, swirl, mimicking the planet Earth.
You took a deep breath and walk towards the portal as you whisper to yourself, "Here we go," you stepped through.
