Chapter 2: Maybe More Than Friends!

We both went silent.
"Is that a Kobe Bryant jersey?" He pointed.
"Yeah, he's my favorite player." I said.
He laughed. "Mine too!" He paused.
"You look really familiar?Weren't you on a T.V. show?" He said.
"Oh no, you are thinking of my sister Angel." I said. "Cool, I always wanted an identical twin brother." He said.
"Well if you want your parents to write your names on your forehead with permanent marker cause they forget which one is who."
He laughed.
"Where you heading of to?" He said curiously.
"Skating park." I said.
"Oh we got a professional skater here." He said with a smile.
"Eh, I'm not that good at it." I said.
"Well maybe I can teach you someday." He said with a wink.
"Maybe." I said biting my lip. "Do you wanna join me?"
"Sure, meet me at the skating park in an hour, I'll get my skateboard." He said.
"Ok." I said. We both walked away.
When he was out of sight, I ran back to the pizzeria. I opened the door, and went straight to Angel.
"Hey Angel, can I talk to you for a second?" I said.
"Yea sure." She said getting up and walking to the front entrance.  "What's up?" She said.
I didn't know what to say and how to say. I just looked at her and said it. "WellwhenIwascomingoutofthepizzeriaibumpedintothisreallycuteandwetalkedforafewminutes andtheniaskedhimifhewantedtogototheskating parkandhesaidyesamsnowimmeetinghiminan hour." I said really fast, almost out of breath.
She looked at me. "What about Daniel? 
"Daniel is not the guy for me!" I said.
"Well, I'm happy for you sis! Text me when you leave the skating park." She said.
I walked out the door, and went straight to the skating park.
He was already there, looking around. I came from behind him, and covered my hands over his eyes.
"Guess who?" I said with a smile. He chuckled. "Is it Angie?" He said with a smile. "Maybe." I said, while sitting beside him.
  We talked for hours, he taught me some cool new tricks, like how to do a kickflip. It was awesome.What am I saying? He is awesome!
I wish that we could have spent more time together, but it was 9:30 and I had to get home before my parents yell at me. He walked me home, and we talked a little bit more, but I knew he had to go home too. We said our goodbyes. I walked in my house, and I see my whole family standing infront of the window.
"What are guys doing?" I asked curiously.
"Well..uh..we thought we saw the pizza guy at the door." My dad said nervously. I put my stuff down and my sister pulls me upstairs and shoves me in my room.
"What happened between you and that kid? Tell me all about him!" She said with a smile.
"Well so there's this boy, and the way he laughs makes me smile, and the way he talks gives me butterflies. Just everything about him makes me happy." I said trying not to blush.
