Little did i know that i would fall in love.
with a scroll of my mouse,
in a still photo on my screen,
sat a boy in blue.
His grin supported by dimples,
His eyes putting stars to shame.
The music flowing out of my speakers,
faded out and my heart started racing.
It seemed as if time froze.
Little did i know that my world
would turn upside down,
that the boy in blue would
soon be the man of my dreams.
Little did i know that he would save me.
my darkest thoughts consumed my mind,
His voice, smile and humble nature
was the light at the end of my tunnel.
He was the hope i sought after.
Little did i know that hearing about his day
would make mine better.
The way he gets excited talking
about new music,
how he lights up the whole room,
with his laughter and funny jokes.
little did I know that everything about him,
became my favorite thing.
little did I know that I would fall in love.
