My dad decided to sign me up for competitive soccer around the age of 8. I tried out for Oceanside breakers. There were 2 teams you were able to make. Either the blue team ( which is the team that needs improvement) then there was the black team ( which means they were the better team ).
That year I made the black team. My coach was Coach Brad. As that season proceeded I felt like I was improving because I was playing with girls who were either my skill level or even better. It was amazing. I was getting better at teamwork , shooting, and skills. For the next 3 seasons I was with the same team same coach and it was great. We won presidio , came in second place in state cup and won alot of other tournaments. We all became really good friends.
The next year we figured out we were getting another coach. We were all devastated. We considered coach Brad as our second dad. Not to mention with a new coach that means new players. We knew this because not every coach likes the team as it is. The new coach will have a different taste in players and will probably change our team.
