How it should have went...

"Uhh Grace! C'mon now I want you to meet somebody." My friend Lani called out to me as we were at the basketball game at our school. The game just ended. She grabbed my wrist and pulled me over to this gorgeous stud. She had on a basketball jersey with the number 14 on it. She had beautiful brown eyes and pretty white teeth her hair was in a puffy pony tail and She stood about 5'6.

"Grace this is my friend Zee, the one I've told you about."

I couldn't help but just stare. All of a sudden I got real shy and I looked up at Zee and I saw a look in her eyes, she smirked at me and I saw the cutest dimple ever.

"Oh this is Zee. Nice to meet you." I said to her avoiding eye contact. I don't know why but I'm afraid of eye contact.

"You gone text me tonight frat?" Zee said to Lani.

"Guh yes you already know"
"Okay but as you see I have to go now" zee said then hugged Lani.

"Bye Grace" she said with a smirk.
"Bye Zee"

"So Lani where you find zee lil fine ass at?" I asked her when we got back to my house.

"Guh I forgot, I got too many hoes I can't remember" Lani said laughing while she was on FaceTime with her girlfriend Kaneisha.

Kaneisha is like the ugliest person ever btw.

"Uhh Shawty I think you needa go to sleep we got school in the morning" I said to Lani. She spent the night over my house that night like she always does after basketball games. She really was my close friend...

That morning when we got to school we split up and went to our classes. I felt really pretty that day. I had on a black skirt with a jean jacket w/ some timberlands and PINK socks. I had on hot pink lipstick and my make up was on point. My hair was straighten with my bang curled. But Everytime I looked up my ex girlfriend Kay was constantly tryna be seen by me. Me and her stopped talking once I found out she was fucking with Lani. Mf Lani. I mean, that shit wasn't cool but I let that shit slide. Or so I thought.

Me and my friend Auria are walking to lunch and Lani comes in our faces extremely excited.

"Guess what?!" She screamed with a smile on her face.

"What?" Me and Auria both said.

"Zee is getting transferred here!!!" Lani said hugging me so hard.

"When??" I asked

"Tomorrow" Lani said .

"Oh, good for you babes" I said to her while she walked off .

I started laughing and looked at Auria.

"The fuck is so funny?"

"Girl nothing. Zee is so fine though I wish I could fuck with her"

"Then do it, didn't Lani fuck with Kay?"

"Yeah but-"

"Yeah but nothing, cease an opportunity babes."

What Auria told me really had me thinking. I went home that night after choir practice. I cleaned up my room and started thinking about what I wanted to wear tomorrow. I don't think I would fuck with zee tho. I just couldn't but I did want to look nice for her.
