"Baeee" zee said laying her head on my chest.
"Huh?" I said closing my eyes.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing.. I'm just sleepy as hell. You play so much." I said getting up and putting the covers back on the bed.
"We needa be going to sleep, we got church in the morning." Zee said grabbing some clothes out the drawer.
"Fenna take a shower?" I asked sitting on the bed, turning on Netflix.
"Yeah, wanna join?"
I rolled my eyes at her, and she came over to the bed and leaned in and gave me a quick kiss.
"I was just playing." She said while exiting the room.
I watched episodes of orange is the new black while she was showering, cleaning, and cooking. I don't know why she was doing all this shit cause it was like 2:30 in the morning. I got up and went in the kitchen where she was cooking some shrimp and chicken.
"When did you learn to cook this?" I said while trying to get a piece of shrimp out of the pan. But she wouldn't let me get it.
"Get back, but my uncle taught me the other week. I know how much you love shrimp, so I said I was gone cook this for bae."
"My baby so considerate." I said. Looking at her, just admiring everything about her. Her smile and her dimples were my favorite features about her. I always make everything so sentimental but I vowed to cherish every minute I had with her because one day it may be guaranteed that it's a minute I won't get back.
"Why you staring at me?" Zee asked while smiling with her dimples showing.
"You're so fucking beautiful like bae oh my god!" I said smiling while hugging her. I was a sucker for this girl like forreal.
"Well here you go my lady." Zee said giving me my shrimp, and she got her chicken. We just sat at the table and ate and drunk lemonade.
"Thank you Zee."
""Don't thank me, it's my job to take care of you. Anything else you need baby?"
"Carry me in the room?"
Just then Zee picked me up with my body laid out on her arms, I put my arms around her neck and I had my eyes closed. She took me in her room and laid me ever so gently across her bed. She put the covers over me and got in the bed with me. I laid my head across her chest and she kissed my forehead and whispered "goodnight bae I love you."
The next morning, we slept till like 10:00 am.
"Ma we not going to church?" I heard Zee say
"No" Zee's mom responded.
Zee came back in her room and saw I was awake.
"Goodmorning Grace"
"That's not my name."
"Goodmorning bae"
"Goodmorning" I said with a smirk.
"Are you hungry?"
"What kinda question is that?"
"I'm taking that as a yes. But my mom said she was gone take us shopping."
