Eddershaw didn't bother sleeping. It would only be two hours he didn't need. He walked out of his room and walked down the stairs. Creel had been moved to her bed, the sofa was empty. Daud was in the, what they called 'kitchen'. It was basically a room with a small stove a few cupboards and a meat freezer. Just outside that was a small round table.
Eddershaw sat down at the table while Daud came out with Dunwall's own mudcrab coffee.
"Here, this should help that hangover!" Said Daud with a laugh.
"Ha ha" Said Eddershaw sarcastically whilst holding his head.
"Can I ask you something?"Said Daud quietly
"Depends" Said Eddershaw
"How do you really know Creel? I saw the way you looked at her last night when she was sleeping, You don't do that unless you really know someone"
"I..."
Then Creel entered the room.
"Morning boys" She said with a smile.
She took Daud coffee out of his hands and took a sip.
"Mmmm thanks dear" She said with a laugh.
"You seem happy" Said Daud
"And?" She replied
"Nothing it's just....different"
"Who's cooking then?" She asked
They both looked at Eddershaw.
"What? Oh I...I can't cook" He finally said.
"Well it's the perfect time for Miss Creel here to teach you" Said Duad whilst giving her a hug around the shoulder.
After three hours they finally emerged from the kitchen.
"The warriors return" Said Daud
"I think he did pretty well" Said Creel
"I cut my finger on an egg shell...." Said Eddershaw
An assassin walked through the main doors.
"Daud, Creel, Eddershaw. I have the months contracts"
He put a small box on the desk and walked back out.
"Let's get started then" Said Creel
"So how do we do this? Just pick whichever we want or....?" Asked Eddershaw
"We draw them out of Daud's top hat...It's a horrible top hat. He was going to burn it, but I stopped him because he looked hilarious in it"
"Yes well...Where is the bloody thing?" Said Daud quickly
"I think it's in your old trunk" Replied Creel
He grunted, then he slowly walked up the staircase leading to the platform. He returned with a fifteen centimeter tall purple top hat made of silk. It had a black ribbon tied at the the back of that hung down.
"That always makes me smile" Said Creel
"God that is funny!" Said Eddershaw with a laugh.
"Put it on!" Said Creel with excitement in her voice.
Daud reluctantly put on the hat.
"Ha ha ha" Daud said with sarcasm in his voice.
"Yay!" Squealed Creel
"Can we just start now please?" Asked Daud
"Okay, lets go" Said Creel
She took Daud's hat off his head and laid it on the desk ready to put the contracts in.
She then opened the envelope and tipped the pieces of paper on the desk. She picked them up one by one, folded them and put them in the hat. There was about thirty five pieces of paper in all.
Right Eddie you go first" Said Creel
Eddie? He thought. He liked it.
"Oh no ladies first" He said with a laugh.
"Why thank-you sir" She replied
She dipped her hand in the hat and pulled out a contract.
She read it out "Benjamin Anderson. 5,000 coins, make it look like an accident"
Daud was next.
"Quentin Blake. 2,500 coins, by any means necessary"
"My turn" Said Eddershaw
"Scarlett Mayhill. 15,000 coins, in the head"
Scarlett Mayhill was the head of Dunwall's Food industry. Who would want her dead?, Why in the head?
"Hey look at you!" Said Creel
"Fifteen thousand coins, amazing for a first contract"
"Where will she be?" Asked Eddershaw
"Her schedule is here"
Eddershaw read it to himself.

"That's where she dies then" Said Eddershaw
"Here" Said Daud passing him a device.
"What is it?" He asked
"A Concealed Crossbow" Said Creel
"This is how you get the job done" Said Daud
