However, Godzilla didn't know is that Mothra noticed Godzilla leaving and she chose to follow him stealthily. In the helicopter, Rory is looking out of the window with a worried look on his face. He's rather worried for Amy.

Mina and Komodithrax's island

Amy is admiring the scenary when she noticed Mina carrying a haversack with her. Curious, Amy questioned," Uh Mina, where are we going?"" Pack up kid, we're leaving for Japan. I have some old toys we can use to fight the evil monsters."" You do?"" Yup, come on. Komi will take us there." Amy packed her bag and climbed onto Komodithax's head. With them ready, Komodithax swam to Japan, unaware the she is going to meet her former lover.

Gigan is zipping through the air when he noticed a helicopter flying. He also identified two beings, his old adversaries, Godzilla and Mothra. Suspicious, Gigan began stalking them. Meanwhile, Hedorah has already destroyed a factory and is busy eating toxic fumes of an oil factory. Feeling satisfied, Hedorah moved to the ocean, switched to his swimming form and swim away from the scene to find more food. While swimming, several submarines scouted Hedorah heading their way. The admiral saw that and he ordered," Open fire!" The submarines began firing torpedoes at Hedorah, but Hedorah dodged the incoming projectiles and he use his toxic sludge to dismember the submarines. Inside, the crew screamed in desperation as water and toxic sludge began caving in. Hedorah destroyed the submarines and began swimming to Japan as his next target.

"Alright folks, we're almost there." Ford said to the rest. The helicopter is now approaching the North of Japan. As they were nearing the island, the group were unaware that Hedorah is closing in on them. Upon seeing the helicopter, Hedorah morphed into his final form and roar at the humans. Alex screamed and point at Hedorah. Steiner took out her gun and fired at Hedorah but the bullets did nothing to slow his advance. As Hedorah raised his arm to attack them, Godzilla suddenly burst out of the water and roar at Hedorah. Hedorah roars and threw a sludge at Godzilla but Godzilla smacked it away with his tail and blasted Hedorah with a heat beam." Heh, that will slow him down." Rory remarked. All of a sudden, a blast shook the helicopter." What was that?" Steiner questioned. Alex looked back and a look of horror struck her. She saw Gigan zipping towards them. Ford turned the helicopter to dodge Gigan, Gigan zoomed past, but he turned back and shot another explosive eye beam at them. Luckily, Godzilla wasn't too busy fighting Hedorah to see his allies in danger. Godzilla blasted a heat beam at Gigan and he roar a challenging roar. With that, Gigan completely ignore the helicopter and he began assisting Hedorah in fighting Godzilla. Alex watched the fight and she asked Rory," Is he gonna be okay?" Rory looked and noticing how determined Godzilla is, he gave Alex an assuring smile and replied," Don't worry, he'll be fine."Godzilla roar in pain as Gigan slashed him with his blades. Hedorah used acid on Godzilla and sprayed toxic gas on him. Godzilla roar in pain. He blasted Hedorah away but Gigan shot an explosive eye beam at Godzilla, bringing him down. Just as Hedorah is about to finish Godzilla off, a blue heat beam suddenly hit him, causing Hedorah to roar in pain. Gigan turned and another beam hit his face, injuring him. Godzilla looked and his eyes widen in recognition. Mothra has arrived! And so is...Komodithrax?! Godzilla couldn't believe his eyes. The last time he saw her, it was in 1998 and back then, he was in his seventh incarnation. He and Komodithrax fell in love and he even became the surrogate father of her unborn offspring. Tragically, during a fight against a giant turtle( no, it is not Gamera.) Komodithax and her egg fell down a bottomless pit and was presumed dead. Godzilla could hardly contain his happiness to see his former lover again. But he knew he have more important problems to deal with. Mothra and Gigan flew up and began air combat. Godzilla tackles Hedorah with his claws, wrestling Hedorah into the water, but Hedorah shoots Godzilla with his eye beams. As Godzilla backs off in pain, Hedorah change into his flying form, flew up in the air and rammed into Godzilla's chest. As Godzilla fell down, Hedorah flew up, and turned back to face Godzilla but he didn't anticipate Komodithax blasting a blue heat beam at him. The blast caused Hedorah to fly back in pain, which results in an accidental collision with Gigan. Mothra took this time to use her venomous powder against the pair. Hedorah writher in pain while Gigan shriek. Mothra screech as a way to say," Now" and both Godzilla and Komodithax fired their heat beam, causing a very big bad explosion. Injured, Hedorah switched back into his swimming form and swam away while Gigan flew back to America to report back to Spacegodzilla and Destoroyah. Godzilla roars his thanks at the two monsters. As Mothra flew to Japan in order to follow the humans, knowing that her two tiny priestess are with them, Godzilla greet Komodithrax with a grunt. Komodithax put Mina and Amy down at the shore. Mothra flew back and offered to give them a lift. Amy and Mina clamered onto the divine moth and Mothra lift off to find the humans. As Mothra left, Komodithrax gave Godzilla a confused look and grunt as a way to say," Do I know you?" Godzilla roars an explanation. As Godzilla explains, Komodithax couldn't believe her ears. It's her former lover except he looks different now. When Komodithrax roars a question about Godzilla's appearance, Godzilla simply shrug and grunt," Regeneration." Komodithrax happily lick Godzilla's face affectionally and Godzilla happily croak. With that, Godzilla and Komodithrax follows Mothra. But despite the joy of seeing his former lover again, Godzilla couldn't help but feel uneasy for a few reasons. One, he lost Komodithrax once and he don't want to lose her again. Second of all, he don't want to tell her about his growing feelings for Mothra. Ever since teaming up with Mothra, Godzilla couldn't help but admire her. Godzilla felt as if he is falling for Mothra, but now with Komodithrax around, he couldn't help but feel conflicted. Thirdly, Mothra and Komodithrax has never face his evil clone, Spacegodzilla before. He really don't want to let them die at the hands of a mockery of him. Godzilla ponders as he walks on.

We also need to destroy the egg to prevent any further catastrophe, and we also need the help of our monsters to do it." Ichiro explained.
