Monnie awoke to the birds chirping. He remembered the bus!!! Monnie ran to the station to see if the bus had arrived. No sign he wasn't sure when t would arrive but he couldn't afford to wait around he had to start moving forward or back???
Back Monnie had decided he would be going back to his family and he started to go back on his great adventure. Although he couldn't walk all the way back, he would have to catch a bus at some point.
Hours passed as Monnie walked home it was getting dark but Monnie still continued to walk home.
Something was in the distance and Monnie was getting closer to it. What was it he started to run to find out. Mind you by this point Monnie was starving no food all day?! Surely he would get something.
Monnie was hoping there would be some food at that shelter in the distance he will just have to wait and see.
