Chapter 2- sick day

Jinxx's POV.

I let out a sigh as I looked down at my phone I was about 15 minutes late for school. You see what had happen was.... You know what I'm not going to entertain you with that story.

I was walking to school today because Ashley was sick and couldn't drive me and cc was taking the bus, and there is no way in hell I'm riding that bus. Today it was clear outside and a little warmer then usual so it was ok to walk I still brought a coat just I'm case.

By the time I finally made it to the school I was already thirty minutes into my first class, so I picked up the pace and went to the office to get a late pass.

I didn't see cc for most of the day since he had to make up some test he missed. But I did get to see him at lunch,we ate in the cafeteria since it was so crowed as outside.

" so how is Ashley doing? Heard he was sick?" Cc said even thought he probably did hear that.

Most people know me and Ashley's relationship they know by the way we act if we are fighting(which rarely happens)or if one of us is sick or if we are planning something for the other. So I'm going to assume he to one look at me and knew Ashley must be sick.

"Yea he is ok just a small cold he should be better soon I'm going over to his house after school to check up on him" I said taking a small bite out of my sandwich.

Cc nodded not being able to talk with his mouth overflowing with food, I shook my head and sent a text to Ashley mom Ana to see if it was ok if I spent the night.

She text back 'would you please because I have to work a late night shift and I don't want to leave him alone'

Ashley mom is a police officer she works hard and gets paid good,Ashley's dad died in a drive by shooting when Ashley was just five years old.

But by what's Ashley has told me his mom has found someone new and they have been talking for a few mouths. I hope everything world out for her she deserves to be happy.

I text her back saying I'll be happy to before locking my phone and finish eating my somewhat healthy lunch.

I was able to catch a ride with one of my math friends, you see if you have a label in front of friend with me that mean I usually don't talk to you only in the class.

Like Emily she has reddish orange hair freckles and cute glasses she is the nicest sweetest person you will ever meet, but I only talk to her during math class.

It's not like I don't want to hang out with her any other time it's just that's the only time I see her, she is really smart like me but she takes college classes during the school day while I take them every other day.

She dropped me off at my house and was even nice enough to drive me to Ashley's house. I went into my house packed a few clothes and things I will need to take care of Ashley and stuff. She took me to Ashley saying she will see me tomorrow I gave her a quick hug before getting out.

I let myself in since Ana gave me a key to their house last year, I close the door and see a note on the counter tell me why kind of medicine to give Ashley am make sure he drink plenty of liquids also thanking me for doing this.

I walk up stairs going straight to his room, I open the door to see Ashley curled up with his cover covering his head but his face popping out so he could breath. I go into his bathroom and change out of my school uniform and into something else.

I walk back out Ashley was sitting up looking around, I walked up behind him a rubbed his shoulders. He jumped a little but relaxed when he notice it was me but tensed up again when he saw what I was wearing.

I was in a rather sexy little nurses outfit well I had to look the part if I was going to help my bae get better. I smiled giving him a sweet kiss before digging in my bag pulling out tissues an cough drop and everything else.

"Babe when did you get here?" He asked tugging on my hand pulling me closer.

This is going to sous bad but I love sick Ashley he's like in a daze and all cuddly not like he's not cuddly when he not sick but he's more so when he sick...did that even make sense?

"About thirty minutes ago." I said running my fingers through his hair while he leaned His head on my stomach poking it slightly.

"Oh ok I like you like like you like you your cute" he said laughing.

Sick Ashley is also honest and emotional, I giggled saying I like him to. He blushed at that an smiled, I laid him down and tucked him in.....time to take care if my baby.
