Chapter 8

Mat pov

After I kissed her she turned around so she could see the movie and I put my arms around her. She was a bit hesitant to my touch but I understand why she had just been forced into a house with a man she barely knew and to marry him and then have kids. I certainly know that if I was in the same situation then I would be just like her. About a quarter into the movie I could tell she was getting tired so I put a blanket on us both and she leaned back so that her head and body was against mine and leaned her head on the top of my chest. She fell asleep during the movie so I just stayed still to let her sleep peacefully as she was so beautiful and pretty. She was like an angel had just fallen from the heavens. I knew that tomorrow I had to tell her to come to me after school as I would drive us both and if we needed to talk then that would be a chance too and also I was planning to propose on Monday we were going to go and see the principal about the contract so that we both wouldn't get done. Also, it helped that Becky was leaving school soon so I need to talk to her about that as I don't want to be getting her pregnant when she's in school.
