The New "Kids"

Lyly's pov;

So it's been about a week since we saw Jeff and Slender Man. It's now Wednesday. We heard rumors that three new kids are coming to the school. Half was happy and excited and the other half...not so happy about it.

"Attention everyone the new kids are here. Please be respectful." Our principal said over the intercom. I was surprised to see someone. Well all three of them. Two boys...and a girl. I knew who the boys were, but I let that go. Veronika must of said something since she hit me upside the head.

"Owww. What was that for?!" I whispered-yelled at her.

"You were looking at them! Like that's not creepy at all." She said back at me.

I just ignore her. But I swear that girl look just like me. Well that's gonna be a great story to tell my dad. She has the same look like me. Wearing boots, pants, hair up in a bun, and a shirt just like mine. I think everyone was taking a double-look at me and her.

"Hey, you okay?" Jerome ask me.

"Hm? Oh yeah I'm okay, I guess."

Me and Jerome has been talking a lot now. Even though he's the school's bad boy, he has a soft spot. Veronika even thinks that me and him could date. But that wouldn't happen. Like my father said to me the last time we spoke, "No dating after you're married and No marriage before you're dating."

We've haven't been talking a lot now. I sometimes think that I feel like he's not my dad anymore, and just like a friend. But then again, he was young when he had me. Maybe when he was 15 or 16. So he's still like a teenager. But hopefully we might talk soon.

So school was over, felt like it went fast. Jerome thought it would be an idea to take me home. Even though I have a truck he still wanted to go. So I told him that Veronika and Alec had to stay back at school for something. So both of got in my truck, nothing special. Went to the park to hang out and stuff. I was that girl from school again. I told Jerome that I'll be right back.

"Um hi there." I said to her shyly.

"Oh hi! My names Danyell." She said very excited. I was taken back a little bit.

"Oh come here! Sit sit!" She asked me. I well obeyed like a dang lost dog and sat down. I got a text from Jerome saying that he had to go back home and that we'll talk later. I replied with a simple text and said bye to him.

"Ooo. Who's that?" Danyell asked me.

"Oh um no one special, just a friend from school. " I told her.

We've talked and I learned a ton about her. We have the same favorite color and favorite bands. I also learned about her past. She lived in London like me. And had a mother that was lost. But never knew her dad. But she was with her mother when she got "Kidnapped". She escape the man and ran away from there. The only thing she knows about her dad is that his name is Cody, and he has brownish blondish hair. And had ice blue eyes.

I've told her that I had to pick up a friend at school and drive back home. She gave me her number so we can keep talking. I picked up Veronika and saw that she was alone. But her face, it look different. Looked like she was in love. I ignored it and got back home safely. I forgot my phone at home and saw that it was a missed call from my dad. He left a voice mail.

"Um, hey. Sorry if I haven't been talking to you for a while now. But um..man..but um..I need to talk with you about something. You might hate me after this. But..I'm in a relationship now, I know you might be mad at me for not telling you sooner. But me and her have been dating for a while now. Maybe about three months? That's why I haven't been able to talk with you. But she's mostly important to me than you...but always remember that you'll always be my baby girl. I have to go now but we'll talk sometime soon. And yeah...bye."
