Going into the bar, instead of heading to the bar or some random place like Jazz and Leo did- I head down a hall, looking for some seats and take a look at the drink menu to occupy my time. And, finally getting a chance to look around-and there are brown leather couches and plenty of them at that. This room doesn't look like it should be in a nightclub, but more a coffee lounge. Putting the drinks menu back, I stand up and take a walk around the empty room. No signs saying I can't be here. I turn around to leave just in case-and there's finally someone else in here.
"See you found my hiding place. Do you like it?" I jump and freak him out because he jumps too. After having the room to myself, it was surprising to have someone just appear.
"Sorry. I thought anyone was allowed in here. But yeah, it's a nice spot. I'll leave now." Backing out of the room, the guy follows me.
"Okay...you? Are you planning to keep following me or are you walking me out? 'Cause you don't do this to people you just met-or people in general... It's not what's considered 'common practice'." Backing out of the room, he keeps following me! It's gone past the 'I'm being polite and walking you out' but even one I leave-he's still following me.
"A pretty girl like you should never have been left alone-or come here alone either. But you seem like you'd have more sense than that. But where are your friends? I'll come help you find them." He must not know the meaning of personal space because he's put his arm around my waist. And removing it-went worse than well. He just held his hand tither and pulled me closer. Walking into the main section, Dylan and Daisy-I found them making out on a leather couch in an alcove in the wall near the dance-floor. Looking around and Jazz and Leo are no-where to be seen.
"Hm...Wonder where they've gone." He (I still don't know his name! This makes things creepier still) picked up on my mumblings and looked at me like he was going to eat me right then and there. And looking towards the bar, I catch Ed's eyes. And then the girl he's sitting next to reaches around his waist and kisses him. My stomach dropped and I end up, instead of obviously being uncomfortable about the person gripping my hips, I falter slightly and just as Ed and his new girl toy break the kiss-the strange guy takes my moment of non-resistance as a sign to lean in and kiss me.
