"That's a wrap guys, see you Monday morning for episode 11." Jeff yelled across set. "Hoechlin and O'Brien, I need a minute."
Tyler and Dylan were currently chasing each other around. Tyler was still in his wolf make-up and claws, and was trying to start a tickle war. So Dylan just ran to Jeff and his behind him.
"Ha, safe!" He playfully stuck his tongue out at Tyler.
"This time anyway." Hoechlin said with a smirk.
"Boys, I've got great news." Jeff guided Dylan to stand in front of him next to Tyler. "You two have been nominated for the Power Couple of the Year award. Isn't this great?"
Tyler and Dylan chuckled awkwardly. "We're not a couple though?" Tyler answered. "Just good friends."
"Oh, I was assuming that you were an item considering you never deflected the rumors...and I just confirmed it with Hollywood Live that you were a couple to solidify your nomination." Jeff admitted.
Dylan shrugged. "Just call them back and say you made a mistake. I'm sure it wouldn't be the first nominee cancellation."
He frowned. "This would be so good for the show, and the LGBT community. No homosexual couple has won since Ellen and Portia on the first year. This would put you two at the top. You'd be on everyone's radar."
"Look, it's an honor to be considered for this, but we're not together. Isn't that the key part of this thing?" Tyler asked.
"You two are actors, act! You'd be ignorant to ignore this opportunity. You've only got three hours to accept or decline your nomination." Jeff stated.
"I mean, it's not like I'm against dating you. And this would be huge for both if our careers." Dylan admitted. "I'd be okay with it."
Tyler sighed. "We'll do it. We just need to get together and go over all the details about this. Our story has to be cemented before we make our debut to the world."
"Great! How about now? I have some reservations downtown for 3. Originally it was supposed to be Holland, Arden, and I, but this seems more appropriate."
"I gotta get this shit off my face first." Tyler left to go to makeup.
"You excited for this?" Jeff asked Dylan.
"You're just excited for all the publicity this will bring the show. And how happy it'll make the fans." Dylan snorted.
"They do love you to together, the saw it before anyone else did."
Dylan smiled softly and looked over to see Tyler joking with the make-up artist. "He's always been my best friend. I mean we're both pretty open about the fact that we're bisexual, but I never really imagined we'd ever be more than that. I didn't really need more than that."
"You've never even dreamed about what life would be as Dylan Hoechlin?" Jeff joked.
"Tyler O'Brien sounds better to me."
"Aha! So you have thought about it!"
Dylan shrugged. "I think everyone dreams of marrying their best friend at some point in there life." He paused. "I knew that neither of us were willing to ruin our friendship by dating, so I just never brought it up."
Jeff nodded. "It's not gonna be weird? Acting like you've been together this whole time? I mean this requires dates, being seem together at premieres, kissing in public. Can you do it?"
"Dude, like you said, we're actors. Of course we can do it. Plus we've actually kissed before so it's not gonna be that awkward."
Jeff just smirked and addressed Tyler, who was walking towards them. "Should we cover a back story for this now?"
