It was around 9:30 and we were all dressed and ready to go. I wanted nothing more but to stay at the dorms eating junk food with my friends. But since its Friday I'm being dragged by Chloe, more like forced to party.
She's good when she wants her way.
We walked about 5 blocks away from the dorm. The mini skirt Chloe forced a pond me showed my legs which made me feel uncomfortable. I had to smooth the skirt down, but every time I did my hand would be slapped away by Chloe.
"Your dress is fine"
"Then why do I feel like a slut? I feel really uncomfortable Chloe"
"Your not a slut"
"I feel like one and plus these stilettos are killing me we walked about 8 blocks why couldn't we take your car?"
"Because you me and Patty are going to get wasted"
I smooth my dress again and Chloe slapped my hand "Stop it. Do you see Patty complaining. No. And honestly Patty and you are hot."
"Fine, I'll try not to smooth down my skirt. But I'm taking off my stilettos"
"No, no. You can't do that.you have to wait until the end of the night"
I whine "come on, that's not fair"
"Life isn't fair"
"By the time we reach the party it would be next week"
We finally reached our destination. I could hear music coming out from the frat house. People sitting in the lawn outside drinking laughing and talking. Some were making out which I turned away from the scene.
I turned to head to the nearest bus stop but Chloe stop me dragging me towards the house. Everyone were dancing talking to one another. I haven't been there for more then two seconds and I feel eyes all over me.
As we walked farther in, Chloe spotted Ski across the room surrounded by girls.
"Catch you later, gals" Chloe walked towards Ski. He glanced her way and smiled at her. He completely ignored the girls around him and paid all his attention to Chloe.
The sound of a man's voice started me making me jump back. It was the brunette haired guy. What was his name, Cole? And it seemed he's gotten Patty bound.
I have to keep an eye on these guys.
I walked slowly away from them and headed towards the kitchen grabbing my own drink. Some guys tried calling me grabbing my arm, but I either ignore them or pulled away. They seem to kind of get the hint. I took a sip of soda heading out to the backyard where I can see a fight was occurring. I pushed threw the crowd making my way to the front.
Two guys were fighting, fist and kicking. I couldn't see their faces but something nagged at me as if I seen them somewhere. One of the guys turned his head and I gasped. It was Vincent. Vincent took a blow to the face, but the other had it worse. Vincent elbowed him bringing his head to his knee. People were cheering his name and all I can think of was how barbaric was these guys. Shaking my head I headed to the opposite direction away from the crowd standing beside a tree drinking my soda.
As the fight ended the crowd disperse leaving the beaten up guy alone. Vincent put on his leather jacket and left the guy collapsed on the ground. He was struggling to get up, blood running down his face. Vincent is trouble. The poor guys face was smashed.
I walked towards him pulling out a rag from my jacket pocket. Then helped him up to his feet.
"Are you okay? Shit. Why did I say that? Of course your not okay"
"I'm fine actually" he smiled at me.
"Good" we glared at each other for a moment then I broke the contract "you can keep the rag, you need it more then I do"
He chuckled "I'll keep that in mind"
"I'm gonna go" I smiled and headed towards the house through the kitchen area. Patty was on the couch making out with Cole and Chloe was no where to be seen.
Shit, I knew this would happen, I knew since the moment I saw those boys and the images that still ran through my head. We should have never come here. I should have kept my eyes on them.
I tried not to panic, not yet. I roamed around the house looking for Chloe. I called her cell a few times before finally she picked up.
"What!"
"Where are you?"
"With Ski"
"I'm leaving now, this party isn't my scene"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes. I'm tired to from the packing"
"Fine, go back to the dorm and I'll see you later"
"Please text me so I won't worry okay"
"I will I promise"
I hung up and sigh please let her be alright. I walked towards the entrance passing drunks when a figure blocked my path.
"Leaving so soon"
I looked up to see Vincent "yeah I'm pretty tired"
"I'll drive you" he offered
"No, it's okay I rather walk I like the exercise"
"Come on, I won't but unless you want me too" he smirked.
"Yeah see, I gotta go"
"Okay let's take my bike" he grabbed my hand and dragged me out of the house walking towards the motorcycle. He handed me a helmet and climbed on the motorcycle. He really doesn't take no for an answer.
"I am not going on that thing with you. I don't even know you. And for all I know you could be a killer, no offense. Since I seen you bash someone's brains out and that is pretty gruesome"
"I can assure you I am not a killer" he smiled and continue "and the fight was to make money"
"Well, then, that makes everything better" I said sarcastically "I prefer to walk, but thank you for asking"
I walked away quickly trying not to stumble in my stilettos. It took 20 minutes to get back to the dorm. Reaching my room I took off the shoes got dressed in my Pjs and went to sleep thinking about Vincent.
