her voice was soft; cracked, as if she had been crying (which she had - seventeen's charm had taken its toll) but soft all the same. it calmed him instantly, his tense bones which had been pressured from continuous pratice slowly relaxing. he was finally going to talk to her.

yoongi had thought about this before. if he sent her a selca or a video call, she would immediately recognise him as suga - the rapper and idol. if he called her, there was the chance she might recognise his voice. but that could be brushed off as a coincidence, unlike his direct resemblance to suga, who he was.

of course, the anxiety had kicked in the second he suggested a call. when the notification lit his screen, he found himself considering declining her call and finding an excuse for his sudden change of mind.
