Megan's POV
I walked back to our appartment after yet another fight, I can't believe we fought over the same thing as we always do. I got to our appartment and heard him and what sounded like a moan come from our bedroom, I opened the door and saw him and some hoe haveing sex on our or what use to be our bed. Kyle noticed me and had a hurt expression on his face, he went to say something but I cut him off "Don't tell me you can explain just get her out now and you get dressed!" I stated walking to the kitchen. I leaned on the counter as a girl with blonde hair, brown eyes and an average body walked past me in a dress that you could see her underwear in with hooker shoes, left slaming the door behind her. I looked and saw Kyle standing in front of me putting on his shirt, "Why couldn't you let this go?" I said through gritted teeth.
"It's hard to let the fact that you think I'm cheating on you go so, you know what I might as well do what you acuse me of!" Kyle hissed. I hated when he was angry he always does something stupid and then charms me into forgiving him, he's done this time and time again. I gripped the counter until my knuckles were white it took all I had not to say something that I knew I would regret, I back handded him across his face to the point were his face was blood red.
"You deserve so much more than a slap in the face, how could you think that me acuseing you of cheating will make it okay for you to do it!?! I hate you!" I shouted full of anger as he grabbed my wrist and pulled me to him, his eye's grew a darker green with anger.
"Don't ever hit me like that again or I won't be able to keep myself from doing what I know I'll regret!" he hissed in my face, I hated angry Kyle he always lost it when he was angry and I never know what he'll do.
"Stop threating me! It's your fault I hit you but you know what after you calm down I'll come back but I'm leaving until then!" I shouted, he twisted my arm and caused me to scream in pain then he let go. "I hate you!" I shouted walking out the door, I ran down the sidewalk for a while then text my best friend Kayla:

Can I come to your appartment? I need to get away from Kyle.

Of course the key is under the mat let yourself in I'm in my room watching TV.
Kayla has been my friend since we were four, she's always willing to let me stay and talk to me when I need her the most. I ran to her appartment buliding and got in the elevator, I noticed a boy with his back turned standing beside me. When he turned around I knew who he was it was James, I use to go to him when I needed what Kyle refused to give me when he was angry. I know what you're thinking 'wow she's a slut' but I'm not I just sometimes selpt with James, he don't have a temper like Kyle but he could protect me if Kyle's anger ever got the best of him. "Well Megan it's been what two weeks?" James smiled and hugged me. I hugged back and nod, "What's wrong?" he asked concerned.
I told him about everything that's happenend and he had a shocked expression on his face. "So I'm staying with my friend Kayla until I feel like going back." I sighed, and the elevator stopped on Kayla's floor and we both got out, I hugged him. "Thank you for listening to my drama once again" I sighed and hugged back.
"If you need me, you have my number even if you want to just talk" James said as we both pulled out the hug, he walked in his appartment. I remeber the time I met James, Kayla introduced him to me at a party he hosted when I was staying with her for a while. I walked to Kayla's appartment, unlocked the door then went in, I got in and locked the door behind me while tossing my bag that I had grabbed with clothes and other stuff in it onto the couch. I walked in her room and she got up then hugged me, I hugged her back.
"Megan if you want I'll beat his ass for you! I'm tired of his mess!" Kayla said pulling out the hug and noticeing my wrist where he left a red mark. I pulled my hand from her and fell back on the bed, I felt her sit beside me. "At least you came to me instead of your sex buddy James. No afense." I looked at her shocked that she found out about James and me.
