Yamato's POV> It was hard to tell but I was really happy to be alone with Mei. But I could tell she was getting more and more nervous by the second. She was blushing like crazy but, it is so cute. Seeing her act this way, knowing that no one else but me can make her blush like this makes me feel so loved. Its as if that's her way of saying she loves me (even though she has never said "I love you").
I gently placed my hand on her shoulder to see if she was alright when she flinched. "I-Im sorry", she bursted out. Before I was even able to question why she was sorry, Mei looked to the ground and muttered "I'm just sorta nervous being a-alone with you". It was silent for a minute till her eyes widened and she spoke to reassure me saying "not that I don't want to be alone with you, it's just that... That you never know what might happen". She obviously was flustered.
A moment later, I chuckled, then it led to me busting out laughing. As she looked up, I noticed the confusion on her face. As I slowly stopped laughing I reached for her cheek and explained that she isn't the only one nervous. I could feel my face start to get hot as I said "I mean, you look so beautiful tonight, its hard to resist". She pushed my hand away and said "let's go watch a movie in her bedroom to pass time".
