I opened my eyes and realized that that wasn't just a dream. I had actually kissed him. Well fuck, oops. I mean it's not bad but... I have a boyfriend. Even though I know he's probably at Sarah's right now. In fact, he is at Sarah's right now.
I don't care though. All that matters I what's standing right in front of me.
I jumped out of the car and wrapped my arms around his neck, squeezing as tight as I could with tears running down my face.
"I m-missed you" I choked out.
"I missed you too baby girl. Lets go inside and get you an iced mocha." He said while hugging me back.
"Okay..."I replied, turning to go to the door.
"Hey, turn around." He ordered. I did as he asked and he wiped the tears off my face before placing a soft kiss to my forehead. We both turned back around, hand in hand as we walked into Emma's diner.
As he held the door open for me to walk in before him, Emma looked up from the table she was cleaning and looked up with shock on her face. Not the bad kind either, the good kind.
You see, after Anthony left the most I could bring myself to do was sit in the parking lot. Emma got worried after months of not hearing from me and contacted Naomi who then explained everything to her. She understood completely. The moment that she saw me she moved to come my way, but then Anthony followed in behind me and wrapped his arm around my torso. She stopped in her tracks and wore the biggest smile I'd ever seen on her.
"Table for two?"she asked, still smiling.
"Yes please" I replied.
"Can I start you off with anything to drink?" She asked.
"The usual, Em." Anthony answered. I smiled a little at the fact that he knew what I wanted.
