VI. neon effect

☾ NEON EFFECT ☽

i. you need to find a picture with a dark background. Or the effect isnt gonna work if its, a light background.

ii. go to phonto, you could use any font for this effect.

iii. Once you got the font of your choice, go to text than alpha, turn it all the way down till you cant see the font anymore.

iv. than you wanna go to stroke than to alpha again and turn it all the way up. till you see the stroke.

v. You want to chose neon colors (duh)

ⅵ. than style, shadow turn all the way up, switch the black to a white, have it ass blurry as it could go than at the bottom there is the letter a go to the last one 6th one going left to right.

ⅶ. You wanna go back to stroke, there should be somewhere saying width, the thicker the width the brighter the color becomes.
