Me: *reading*
Mom: HEY, BROOKE!
Me: *pissed off face* what?
Mom: I have to ask you a very important question?
Me: *alert* what? What is it?
Mom: how do you spell 'triangle'?
Me: *FACEPALM* THAT'S THE QUESTION?!!
Mom: it's important!
Me: *goes back to reading*
*five seconds later*
Mom: hey, how do you spell 'yellow'?
Me: *thinking* just keep on reading maybe she'll leave you alone...
Mom: I SAID HOW DO YOU SPELL YELLOW?!!!
Me: *gets a gun. Kills myself. Comes back to life to finish the book. Then I die again.*
