             Continue....Tom's P.O.V.

She turned around and faced me slowly. Her face turned into a wide smile. It was one of the most happiest faces I have ever seen in my life. After My wife died a few years ago.

"Hello Tom I've been waiting for you." she says in a angelical yet cute voice.

"I promised you I would come." I said re-assuring her that I wouldn't lie to her.

"Awesome, can you tuck me into bed?" she asked while stretching in her bed.

"Of course, my dear." I said tucking her blanket safely around her to keep her warm. I felt like this was my daughter, and I am the responsible father who would look out for her when she got sick or scared. So I decided to ask her more questions.

"So tell me, where do you spend your breaks and summers at? Do your parents come to visit or pick you up?" I asked hoping she would answer before going to sleep.

"Mostly here." She says with a sad expression on her face.

" Why? Doesn't your parents come to see you? Do they treat you better? Do they know what the headmistress does to you how she doesn't allow you to go anywhere? Or even play with any of the other kids?" I ask her even though I was kinda fast on the questions.

"No, because I have no parents. The headmistress says that they died when I was born. Nobody likes me here. They all keep me up here because they don't want a stubborn child like me. That's what I have heard." When she said all these things it made me think of my self again a little bit but I brushed the feeling away quickly. And then she continued. "Families come by, and see if they want to adopt any of the orphan children that are here. They never allow me to speak to anybody. Headmistress Melissa always tell them things about me that are not true. You see sir, I have no parents or a family.........I'm all alone in this world." she says with sorrow in her voice. She looked broken at the thought of no one wanting her.

I was speechless of how a 4 year old girl could tell me such things. I could feel tears brimming in my eyes. I had to do something that could make her smile again. She needs someone that understands her.....so I thought 'would it be okay if I took her to Malfoy Manor for a few hours'. Maybe there she could play with Lucius's son Draco who's a bit older than her but a play mate is a play mate.

So I decided to take her out of this place that reminded me of my young version so much.

"Would you like to come with me, I would like to take you somewhere." I said softly and extending my hands towards her to help her get up. She hesitated but took the.

"Where? I don't know, it is really dark outside." She said a little frightened.

"Are you afraid of the dark?.......Do you trust me enough for me to take you somewhere? I promise I will protect you from anything Miley. I promise, and you know that I did not break my promise today? Now did I? Dear, there is nothing to be afraid of when you are with me." I said making sure she understands my point and letting her know that I care. Because in reality I'm not afraid of the dark. The dark is afraid of me!She thought about it for a few seconds and then spoke.

"Yes, I do trust you tom. But where are we going?" she asked as I heard her stomach growl, and read her mind when her eyes looked into mine. She did not eat dinner. That's odd every child should have dinner is one of the most important meals of the day. As well as Breakfast and Lunch.

"I want you to meet a couple of my friends, but first I want to take you to dinner you look hungry." I said with a smile on my face.

"How do you know, you really don't have to, it's been worse really." She said my jaw dropped and Oh Merlin she has been days without food, I just read her mind and found out. I'm even more chocked and feel sorry for this little girl. So I decided to make sure she had a good dinner!

"You know, I am going to come over more often to visit you, what do you think?" i said and her face lit up.

"I think that's amazing, sir I mean Tom." and then she added "Thank you so much!" She said while giving me a warm hug. I felt her warm hands on my back. And it gave me a feeling that I never felt before...... I sniffed and said.

"Well, go on put some clothes on. I 'll be waiting by the window, then we will leave." I said in a almost cracked voice. "Oh make sure they are warm, it is very cold outside." I added. She jumped out of her bed, and went towards her dresser, took out some clothes and ran towards the bathroom. I slowly stood up and walked towards the window wondering if she was truly who I thought it might be. 'My daughter' My mind would bring it up all the time I would see her. 'But It couldn't possibly be her'.......I thought as I stared up at the stars, I heard a door open. I turned and saw this beautiful child. Her eyes glowed and her lips were red as a rose, with the most sweetest smile. Then said.

"Are we ready" I asked she nodded

"Ready" she said with a wide smile spread across her face.

I let out my hand for her to take it and she did, and slowly picked her up and put her on my back, so that it looks like she is flying on a magic carpet or something. I could tell she was frightened, and that's when I told her.

"Hold on tight to me, I promise you wont fall" I said reassuring her that everything will be alright.

"okay" that's all she said in her shaky voice, almost scared. I grabbed her and sat her on my back where she could see all the stars in this beautiful night. I could hear small gasps indicating that she was surprised by what she saw up in the sky. The twinkly stars starring down at her, and I could see her from the corner of my eye trying to reach for the stars. That was very cute of her, after all she was a toddler. That was to be expected but I didn't mind her bubbly self.

When we arrived at a restaurant in the muggle world, I had to change my appearance. After all I didn't need unnecessary attention tonight.

"What are you doing, Tom."she asked with a confused look on her face.

"I have to change my appearance I don't want to scare little children." I lied. I could tell her the reason why I had to looked different. Well the fact that some muggles whom may very well be witches, and wizards could recognize him immediately, and that would be the end of him for sure.

"You don't scare me Tom." she was staring at me firmly. She was being honest. I could tell she was sincere and honest ..... oh Merlin! I have begun to care for this little girl or angel as if she was my own flesh and blood.

She might as well be my family for the night.
