Only Three Days

Karlee's POV

"Guess what mommy's doing today?" I cooed at the little happy baby in my arms

"Wha mommy?" she asked, I just adore the way baby's talk

"Mommy's taking her special girl shopping for an outfit for you first birthday party." I said smiling at her as I put a new pink head band on her with a huge purple flower. She just sat in my arms smiling at me, she's only nine months so for some things she would just nods, smiles, or cry so she could get her message through to everyone.

"Stay here I'm going to get ready!" I said to her as I placed her into the play pen sitting in the living room. I put 'Elmo' on for her and went upstairs to change.

I opened my closet and grabbed a cream loose blouse that had red flowers on it, I threw on a pair of faded holey jeans and some 'Toms'. I ran to the bathroom and closed the door so I could look in the full length mirror hanging on the back of it. I nodded in approval of my outfit and I walked over to the sink taking out my straightener. I didn't take a shower today because I took one last night. I took out my elastic from my messy bun on the top of my hair letting my hair fall loose. I brushed through my blond long hair taking out all the knots. I quickly straightened it not caring if I missed pieces since my hair is already pretty straight naturally. When I was done I unplugged the straightener and ran downstairs.

Once we got to the mall I hopped out of the car and took Gabby out of her car seat I put her on the ground and grabbed her hand after shutting her side of the door. I went around to the back of the car and opened up the trunk so I could grab Gaby's carriage. I opened up the baby blue and lime green carriage plopping Gaby in it and buckling her up. I slid my purse into the basket at the bottom of the carriage and headed in.

We walked into the mall and I headed straight towards the 'Baby Gap' there was a big sale going on today and even if I didn't buys Gaby something to wear the day of her birthday it could be another present to go along with the huge surprise present I have hidden in the garage at our flat. We walked into this huge 'Gap' and I remembered why I love this mall so much, all the stores are huge and have great varieties. I ran straight to the baby girls section. I immediately spotted a whole rack of too-toos. Gaby is such a girlie girl, she loves her too-toos and dresses. I plan on signing her up for dance when she's three.

As soon as we reached the long rack of too-toos Gaby starting reaching our her little chubby fingers pointing to the big puffy skirts hanging up above her head.

"Mommwa" she said excitedly pointing to a big sparkly lime green too-too

I looked at the size and it just happened to be her size(12 mths.) and it was the last one, and did I mention it was only $2. I grabbed it and hung it from the handle on the carriage along with a purple and pink bow too-too and a neon yellow one too.

"What about some shoes Gabyo?"I said as I headed towards the shoes peeking over to see her playing with the headband she had taken off her head.

There was so many shoes and there was a cute neon yellow pair of flats that went perfect with her new skirt. I checked the size on Gaby's little chunky foot and I ended up getting size 3. I got her a purple pair and a light green pair of sandals since it's the middle of summer with a mediums sized blue flower in the middle of it.

After e finished at 'Gap' we went to 'Old Navy' where I got her a purple t-shirt with a big bright green flower on it, a few pairs of jeans, some jean short, some little 'Toms' look alikes, and a few pair of leggings. Yes, for a baby who's only 9 mths. she has her own little walk in closet and about ten draws filled with clothes and shoes and no we are not rich but I'm a girl so I'm really good with the deals when it comes to shopping. After 'Old Navy' we went in a few more stores and just got a few thing but nothing special enough for a 1st birthday. After about an hour an a half of shopping we were walking past this store with music playing inside and I swear the whole world stopped when I heard this come from the local Mullingar radio station...

"Everyone is highly anticipating the wait of Niall James Horan to come back here to his hometown for a break from his job as celeb. pop star in 'One Direction'. But we don't know how much of a break he'll get since so many fans are here back in his hometown and allot of family waits with open arms. All directioners only THREE MORE DAYS UNTIL NIALL HORAN IS HERE!"

Three more days? Three more days? I kept repeating in my head as I stood in front of the store we were passing motionless. Maybe he won't be able to find me since I moved. But why would he want to find me anyways it seems like his life is going fine considering he's been on the radio all the time and he doesn't know about his 11 month child that I don't plan on telling him about.

Then suddenly I got snapped out of my thoughts once again by Gabby. "Mommwa I hungwee" she whined

"Ok" I said reaching under the cariage into her diaper bag getting a little bowl of animal crackers, I popped off the cap and placed it along with her sippee cup on the little table on the front of her cariage.

"Tank you" she said as I began to push the carriage again. Finally we walked into 'Children's Place' I love buying Gab clothes from this store there was such cute thing I love it! A little sundress was the first thing to catch my eye and I walked over to it. It has purple, blues, and green horizontal stripes on it with sequins on hem and sparkly words the said 'SUMMER CUTIE' in light purple going down the side. I bought it along with some little beaded purple, blue, and green bracelets that went perfectly with the dress and a pair of sparkly blue sandals that also matched it. Later on in another store I found a headband that matched it perfectly the band was purple and the flower was blue with green in the middle.

We finished up shortly after that and we went home by then believe it or not it was already 7:30 I put Gabby in her pjs and fed her some baby peaches then tucked her in for bed. She fell asleep right away unlike me who layed on the couch all night worrying about what might or might not happen three days from now.
