It was late when Rebecca was left alone at the lab that had different chemicals and tools everywhere and distinctively smelled of dead fish, working on this new human-like species that she called Callahan. They were supposed to help fight off war. As she was looking in her small red tool box she heard a faint clicking noise then the door opened revealing a tall man with dirty blonde hair and a white lab coat on.

Rebecca not even looking up from her tool box smiled and said, "Hey Jacob." Jacob looked around the lab noticing that Callahan has had some improvements and he smiled then he walked over to Rebecca and helped her look for the tool that she needed, which wasn't even in her tool box to begin with so he walked over towards where Callahan was set up and grabbed the screwdriver. Once they grabbed the screwdriver, they unhooked Callahan. As Jacob started working on Callahan, Rebecca walked over to her laptop which was hooked up to him and did some tests to see if he was fully functional. After about 20 minutes of running the tests she sighed brushing her long brunette hair out of her face and looked around the lab for something that she could use as his heart. She rummaged through a few boxes of old parts of other projects that she never finished and grabbed everything that she needed to start building his artificial heart and other organs thst he would need to survive.

Jacob looked over towards the clock that was hanging by a thread over Rebecca's desk. Time really does fly when you're busy working on something that could possibly save the world from ending. When he looked towards Rebecca he could see bags start to form under her beautiful brown eyes so he walked over to her and said, "You should get some sleep Rebecca." Rebecca laughed and said, "War could break out at any moment and we still haven't finished him yet."

He laughed and joked, "Even villains and superheroes need their sleep." Rebecca finished building the artificial heart and placed it in its designated area before runbing the tests for the second and hopefully last time. As soon as the tests were finally done and she got the results she danced around the lab happily. Jacob knew that she had finally got the tests done and Callahan now worked so he smiled and said, "Now that he works we can get some rest."

Rebecca knew Jacob was right about needing sleep, but before she could officially get some sleep she had to activate him to see whether or not he would malfunction. Right as she turned him on his eyes light up and he walked over to her and said, "Callahan number one at your service!"

Rebecca smiled looking Callahan over then she furrowed her eyebrow deep in thought. As soon as Jacob noticed this he asked, "what's wrong Rebecca?"

Rebecca smiled getting an idea and ran over to all the boxes with junk in them. As she dug through the box her smile got wider so Jacob being curious looked over her shoulder and asked, "What's that?"

She handed him the object so he could examine it closer and said, "It is something that should help him learn new stuff, its like the motherboard of a computer." He put the object down and cut upen Callahan's head then he attached the object to a few loose wires in Callahan, when he was finished adding the motherboard to Callahan he stitched him up and laid on the couch instantly falling asleep. As he slept on the couch, Rebecca continued to work around the lab tidying up the place so that it didn't look like a tornado has just came through.

She wasn't really a neat-freak but even the mess in the lab made her want to clean up a little, so she grabbed an old wooden broom and a dust pan swept around the lab
