Marinette's POV
~Time skip to the next day~
Guess who had to wear a scarf all week because Adrien gave me a hickey! That's right! Me!
Yay...
"Mari...! Get a hold of yourself!"
I felt Alya shake my arm.
"W-what...?" I replied. I looked up to see Adrien smiling at me and waving a hand infront of my face.
"H-hi Adrien...!" I said quickly, realising that Alya was watching us so i had to act how i normally acted around him.
"Hey Marinette, mind if i come over to your place tonight to... Work... On that progect for Science... Yeah..." I could see him failing at making up an excuse for him to come round to my place...
"You mean the English assignment...?" Alya raised an eyebrow in suspicion.
"Y-yeah! The English assignment!" I replied before Adrien so that he wouldn't fail at lying.
"Hmmm... Okay but go too close to my girl and I'll break every bone in your body." Alya smiled at Adrien sweetly as she picked up her bags and linked arms with Nino.
"E V E R Y. B O N E." She repeated before walking out the door, still locking arms with Nino.
I looked at Adrien apologetically and he smiled, i looked around to see that everyone had left.
Even the teacher. We were left alone, together, in a classroom.
"Mari... You can take the scarf off now..." Adrien said in his usual deep rusky voice.
"B-but... Someone c-could walk in!" I basically shouted.
He lifted up his ring.
"Claws out!" He exclaimed.
"Adrien... I mean Chat...! I mean...-"
I felt his finger on my lips once again.
"Shhhh princess.."
Chat de-transformed back into Adrien as the door of the classroom slammed open.
"ADREKINS!" I heard Chloè shreik.
"C-Chloè... Hey baby...?" He replied, it made me want to run...
I stood up but Adrien glared at me which made me slowly sit back down and slump in my chair.
"Chloe. I'm breaking up with you." The words were filled with so much confidence.
"But daddy arranged us, and if you don't go along with it then he'll shut down your daddys buisness!" She laughed.
"Chloe please... If you really want me to be happy then just leave me..." I could feel the pain he was feeling...
He was in such a difficult situation...
"Fine. We're over. Oh, and i broke up with you, not the other way around." Chloè stomped her huge foot (might as well be an elephants foot) and stormed out.
"Well. That went better than expected." Adrien broke the silence.
"Adrien..."
"Yes princess...?" He replied almost instantly and turned to look at me.
"W-what would you call us...? Friends...? Best friends...? Mega best friends...?" The question haunted my mind until this moment.
"I think we're much more than mega best friends..." He whispered into my ear.
"What would you call us then...?" I was breathing quite heavily...
"We're what you call 'a thing'..."
My blood turned cold.
What.
Adrien just said that we were...
I couldn't help but smile.
Smile so much that my whole face brightened up.
"Je Tàime, Bugaboo..."
"Je Tàime, my silly kitty..."
SO WHAT DID Y'ALL THINK?
But like for real i think this is my favourite one shot that I've done, it's my favourite ship too!
