"So I am confused, you and Scott are back to being besties again?" Lydia snickered.
Gently allowing her back to fall into the driver seat, she permitted her eyes to set themselves back on the road ahead. Her questions made me even more unsure about everything. The other night, Scott, and why the hell I was banished from Beacon Hills.
"How about I answer your question when you answer mine?" I laugh.
"Which is?"
"Where were you last-"
Her sight set back on the road ahead of us. I know she was with Aiden, and it was still bugging me as to why she hasn't told me anything about the two of them yet. I know they both are...physical with each other.
Last night...was the night I waited for since I stepped off the plane. Or was it? Everything is still a blur to me, and my questions still have no answers. So...I am basically back at square one.
If Scott wasn't able to give me an answer then who? Lydia? Stiles? Uncle Chris. Somehow this bread crumb trail is oddly leading towards my parents. They are the ones who suddenly threw a ticket in my face and said "Here you go! One Summer and a school year abroad".
They did seem a bit eager to send me off. Who knows maybe they just couldn't wait to go on their own vacation.
The car slowly came to a halt and I fixed my eyes on the fluorescent yellow bus a few cars ahead. Inside that bus were a bunch of sweaty lacrosse players, them along with Scott and Stiles.
"Well I am going to take that as a yes, because if you guys weren't talking we wouldn't be following him...or is stalking the right term?" Lydia laughed.
"I'm not stalking him, it's just last night something was wrong" I mumbled to myself.
I don't know exactly what, but after our little reunion hug last night there was blood on my shirt. Not just a stain and it wasn't normal blood, it was black as night yet reeked of the iron smell that blood has.
Not to mention the fact that it wasn't a tiny mark, it was massive.
"And what exactly happened last night? I mean we have a while this traffic doesn't seem to be going anywhere" Lydia mentions leaning her head the steering wheel.
"Well.."
My mouth can't even put the words together to-
Why is he here? It's so good to see him, but it isn't! He isn't supposed to show up at least not now. As my eyes continued to draw blank along with Scott, butterflies scattered in my stomach. Yet my mind was still trying to comprehend why he is here.
"Four months later" Was all I managed to spit out.
His puffy eyes smoothly examined me. It is almost as if he was trying to get something out of me. Well how else is he supposed to ask? Or myself?
Wait no, he doesn't have an excuse he is the one who-
"Sounds like the ending to a bad joke" He finished.
