Cobra aka Erik (Erik x Reader)

Beginning of a new friendship

Slowly, you and Erik start becoming really good friends. The girls started leaving Erik alone, which made you happy. You two would eat lunch together, do homework together, and walk home together. He would text you everyday, just to check on how you were doing when you weren't at school. Basically, Erik was your best friend. When Erik complimented you or did nice things for you, it overwhelmed you cuz you never knew what it was like to have a true friend. Being friends with Erik didn't make you feel like a loner anymore. It was the beginning of a new friendship!

"Ugh, i have a math test today!" Erik complains.
"You'll do fine" You comfort him.
"Hey (y/n), wanna hang out after school?" Erik changes the subject, giving you a heartwarming smile.
"Uh...how about we hang out tomorrow, I hafta study" You say as you walk to your locker
Erik pouts and leans against the lockers next to yours.
"But I really wanna hang out with you" Erik whines.
You freeze.
He really wants to hang out with me that much?
"I can hear you, of course I wanna hang out with you, baka" Erik says.
"STOP READING MY MIND ERIK!" you felt embarrassed.
He snickers.
"I'll see you in sixth period" Erik says with a smile, leaving you alone at your locker.
You couldn't help but smile. It felt good to be wanted. He made you feel important.

Time skip

Sixth period ended. You and Erik walk out of the class together.
"Can I study with you? Where are you going?" Erik asks you.
"Sure, I'm gonna study in the library" You say as start walking to the library, "oh by the way, how was your test?"
"It was ok I guess" he replies while walking by your side.
I'm so hungry! You complain in your mind.
"Here" Erik says while giving you a bag of chips.
"Thank you...and stop reading my mind" you say bluntly
Erik just smiles.
"Remember when you thought I was cute when we first met" Erik says smirking.
Ugh why does he have to bring that up, so freakin' embarrassing!
Erik laughs
"Well since you know my thoughts, I might as well confess out loud," you say as you enter the library "you're still cute" you whisper without blushing.
You take a seat at a table and Erik sits across from you.
"Wow you must be really brave to confess so carelessly like that" Erik says with his adorable smile.
"Well I can't keep anything from you" you say as you take out your books.

You and Erik study together until dusk. Erik walks you home. Before you enter you house, Erik stops you.
"(Y/n), being with you for this long has been amazing. You are the only friend I have and listening to your thoughts, I learned a lot. If you need anything, please tell me." He says looking into your eyes with a serious face.
Then he pulls you in for a hug. You were shocked at what he said. Ignoring your thoughts for the moment, you hug him back, wishing to stay in that position forever. (Sorry if it sounds cheesy).
"Thanks Erik, that means a lot to me." You say as you pull away, regretting it of course.
Erik smiles "good night baka"
You laugh "gnite"

You enter your house and collapse on your bed.
I love Erik so much. I just wish that I could do things for him. Ugh, if I had the ability to read minds, i would know what he wants.
You never thought about your love for him when you were around him, fearing he would know.
You stay in bed think some more before you drift away.
