Chapter Nine

{Trill}

I can honestly say my nerves were on edge and I was scared. I didn't know King was out of jail and I didn't know he could find me like that. Once Zoey came back I told him I wanted to go home and he isn't nodded and we got in the car. I was shaking bad and I was on the verge of crying my eyes out.

"T, what's wrong ma? you gotta talk to me."

"King came to the restaurant and he threatened me. I'm not there at the warehouse by 11:57 sharp then he's going to make my death look like an accident. He said it himself and I can't call the police Zoey. That'll make it worse. I have to tell you I don't want you and you can only be my teacher if I wanna survive. So when I tell you that tonight just know I'm saying for my safety not because I mean it."

"T , calm down. you bugging and you know I'm not just going to let you roll out like that ma. You my baby and Imma protect you in every way possible. Once I moved to California , I knew it was going to be dangerous so I got a whole bunch of protective shit. A nigga even got a sphere."

I laughed a little at him and wiped my tears.

"but nah I'm for real. This what we gon do, we gon go home and Imma set everything up. I have a mini camera, microphone, and I have a tracker. I'll place the tracker in your shoe and I'll even put the microphone in your hair tie or head band."

Soon enough we got everything figured out and I wasn't as scared as usual. everything was hard ASF to find and in places you'd never expect. I sat on the couch and just waited on it to be 11:30. once it was I kissed Zoey one last time, just in case I never see him again and I told Bambii that I loved her and headed out.

So I knew all about tonight and I organized it. This whole thing was to scare Trill and get her to get her shit together. King honestly wanted revenge but he knew if he hurt my sister he would get the heat real quick.

I followed behind her and parked a street behind and set up my phone to see everything. I watched as she shook and knocked on the door. King opened it quickly and yanked her inside. I took a deep breathe and prayed that this went the way that it was planned.

King looked like he honestly could snap Trill neck when he saw her but he promised to stick to the plan. He shoved her into a room and closed the door, locking it. She looked super scared and He thought it was funny. He tied her up to a chair and slapped her. She turned red and fought back her tears. That was not part of the plan it honestly made me mad.

"suck that shit up! you cry and I'll just send my girls in here to tag that ass"

One thing about Tahliya was that she wasn't scared to fight anyone. I've seen this girl fight dudes and win. She doesn't care how many people jump her, she refuses to back down without a fight.

"then call them! no bitch puts fear in my heart and you know that. untie me and I guarantee you I'll fuck all of them bitches up."

That was the trill that I knew. I could see all in King face that he was about to loose it. He better not or he'll be leaving with a cap in his ass. I turned red and punched her dead in the mouth. I turned red and told Zoey to go head and go inside. I loaded my gun and put it in the back of my pants before starting to walk towards the house.

I watched as she spit the blood right on him.

"You're all tough now because I'm tied but you know better than that. Whenever you wanna act like you got some sense, let me know and we can square up one on one. it ain't nothing but a thang b"

I heard the door get kicked in and sure enough it was Zoey. As much as I wanted to kill him right now, I couldn't. He wanted to get my sister on the right track and I couldn't fight him on that one. I busted inside after him and shot King in the back twice. He fell to the ground and I went and untied my sister and she hugged me and Zoey.

"I hope you learned your lesson Tahliya. Next time , you'll just have to figure this shit out on your own. You better pray there isn't a next time because then it won't be a set up."

"wait, all of this was a set up to get me to get my act straight?"

"yep and obviously it worked."

"no, no it didn't. the fact that y'all put my life in danger is real fucked up. I would expect this from some stranger but not somebody I fucking love. The fact that I sat there and cried my eyes out to you, Zoey, then you go along with it... That shit hurts. So no I didn't get my act together but thanks for risking my life anyways."
