Screams, Sirens, Explosions. Everyone is frantic, trying to find a way out of the facility before meltdown occurs. Except one man who refuses to abandon his work. As the last painful shock-wave deletes his mind from body, he hopes for restoration soon.
Another day, another video. Although, this is no ordinary video, its the 4 year anniversary of my YouTube Channel and I was joined by all of my gaming buddies for a Gmod Mega video. My Name Is Demon Slayer, and yes before you ask, that was the name my parents gave me at birth, I know, crazy right? My last name isn't Slayer though , I just adopted that name since being called Demon alone would sound like I was some kind of hell-spawn or something like that, although, ever since I got that last name, I've never felt as though I earned it, but for now it stays, maybe one day I'll feel as though I deserve it, One Day.
"AHHHHHHHH!!! RUN!!!!! Dammit Legendary, Why did you have to spawn Sanic now!? He'll get hi- AHHH DAMMIT!!!" I yell as Sanic kills my character in Gmod. "Oh quit whining Demon, you have the One Punch Fists Mod, so you can easily outrun him." My Friend LegendaryGamerB says smirkily. "OHH YEAH!!! I do have them don't I? Well since Sanic can't die I'll need someone else to use them on, oh Legendary!!! COME HERE AND GIVE PAPA A KISS!!!!" I say in a revengish tone. I move my character to run after legendary, and since he doesn't have the fists out I catch up to him very quickly and kill him in One Punch, hence the name of the mod. "I'm just sitting here waiting for you guys to stop killing each other." That was my good friend, Kylee, also known on YouTube as KEtommy777, she's the..... least insane out of our little group. "As soon as he stops spawning hell-spawns, I'll stop killing him." I say with a smile on my face as this is all in good fun. "Squrrills and Melons!!!" My friend Canetti screams into his mic, he's obsessed with them, I don't know why though and something tells me its better not to ask him why, he was the first friend I ever did a recording with and he's been playing Gmod with me ever since. "Yay Melons!!!" I scream back to him as I kill legendary yet again for spawning Yushi this time. "Hey guys, come here, I made a working cannon, it shoots bananas and players too!" Volfan says. He was another of the first people I met on Gmod, he's a bit of a science nerd and loves to play Prop Hunt, since he's the best at it literally NO ONE can find him if he doesn't want you to. "I Volunteer as tribute for the cannon!!!" I scream, I really don't know what it'll do to me but I don't care, its Gmod and I intend to have fun. As I press 'E' to get into the cannon I'm immediatly launched halfway across the map, And I die on impact with the ground, but I don't care, as long as it worked that,s all that matters to me. The rest of my friends yell in glee from the spectacle in front of them and they all want to give it a try. "Hey guys I'll be back in a sec, I've got to go to the bathroom." I say, they all let me leave and I set my headphones down on my desk to go and relieve myself. As I come back, I put my headphones back on only to hear silence. I speak out in a happy tone "Hey guys what happened?" But I get no response. I can see all their characters on screen but they aren't moving or blowing anything up like usual. It's at this point that I get kinda nervous, in a worried tone I say "Guys quit messing with me, its the mega video, where are all the explosions and funny yet cringy jokes?" Still nothing. It's at this point that I get really worried, so I check the skype call and its all fine there, then I frantically check the server connection, fine as well, what could have happened to them in that short an amount of time? Then from the game I hear a low-pitched laugh similar to Freddy Fazbear's but in a higher-ish pitch, then my monitor starts to light up and dim quickly almost as if the battery is about to die but its been plugged in the whole time charging, then I see green numbers start to flown down on my screen like in the Matrix. "What The-" BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ! My moniter zaps me and I start to fall un-concious only to feel that same zap hit me again but this time not painfully but invigoratingly, giving me strength but then it fades as do I.
