So guys just to let u know in advance, this isn't like a secret secret it's just something that might change some things :) also, sorry my chapters are long af

Hannah POV

We get to Jace's house and nobody is there but there is a note on the fridge.

"Went on trip without you, see you in a couple days :) ~Glory, Xander, Mom, and Dad"

"whale den" Jace says as we start walking upstairs "I guess that just means no interruptions."

"Hehe yeah" I say with my iPad clenched in my hand

"Are you ok?" Jace asks

"Ya I'm fine there's just something I need to tell you."

"What is it?"

"Well I'll show you actually."

I pull out my iPad as I sit on Jace's bed and open vine.

"Hey is your passcode a date?" Jace asks

"Yeah, it's the day you liked my selfie on Instagram."

"That's adorable."

"So um Jace have you seen any of my vines?"

"No why?"

I show him one vine I made and I see him start to tear up. I can tell something in his brain just went click.

Jace POV

How could she not tell me this? How could she not tell me that I did this to her? How could she not tell me?

"Jace, I was on the verge of depression. I knew I was never going to be as pretty as those other girls. I knew I was never going to have anybody who understood me. I knew I wasn't going to be perfect. I'm a S.T.E.M kid Jace, I'm a S.T.E.M kid. People like that don't have popular friends. People called me a nerd. A geek. People think my life is perfect. But it's not. My grandpa is on his deathbed right now. They don't know me. They assume things about me. My sister. Everybody fights with their siblings. But my sister was pure evil. She would drag me around until I got rug burn. She would put me behind the pool ladder. Throughout time the pain just built up. My cat died. The pain just built up inside of me like the volcano in Henry Danger."

"Babe how could you not tell me?!" I ask

She stares off in the distance. "The bullies, the bullies made everything worse." She looks at me. "They made me feel like I was nothing. They made me feel like a worthless piece of shit." She starts crying. "THEY MADE ME HATE MYSELF!"

"WHY DIDN'T YOU EVER TELL ME?"

"BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT YOU TO KNOW"

"WHAT DIDN'T YOU WANT TO TELL ME?"

"They made me hate you." She says as she stands up

I stand up too, she looks at the ground, then at me.

"THEY MADE ME FUCKING HATE YOU!" She screams "I thought I could never hate you. But I did. I hated how famous you were. I hated how you would let people be mean to you."
