AN- so much Sanji pov lately sorry.
-----------------------------------------------------Sanji pov
No words slipped out of our mouths as Zoro continued to pull me close underneath the safety of the umbrella. We were awestruck. Not by the presence of the broad, vivid spectrum around us, nor by the new adventures that lied ahead. We were awestruck by our raw boldness. That I had been easily moved, he daring to move me, so we stood mouth agape, inches apart, breathing each other's air.
"Zor~" I was consequently cut off by Zoro's lips on mine. Cliché. His lips were rough yet warm and secure as if to reassure me he would never hurt me. This present moment was I ever told me self I would never have, but then it was all I ever wanted. My knees began to wabble and bend under the force of his lips on mine. As if knowing my struggle, Zoro dropped the umbrella and quickly snaked his arms around my waist, and I threw my newly freed hand around his tall neck and he deepened our kiss with his tongue dancing with mine. The rain did not left up, nor did our kiss until we could no longer take in enough to air through our noses. We finally pulled apart, but remained tangled in our opposites arms'.
Zoro began to speak as he caught his breathe, "I need a lifetime with you." He breathed happily as he leaned in to Eskimo kiss me.
---------------time skip 6 months later------------
"Zoro where are we going? We have been asking for hours." I groaned as I heaved on through the now blazing August sun.
"And your been complaining for hours." replied
Zoro as he stomped on as if the 100 degree heat didn't affect him. I dropped myself onto the ground as my asthma caught up to me. Zoro turned back around to offer me a hand. "Come on Sanji, this is really important to me, and we are almost there.""Fine." I mopped as leached onto his arm to balance myself on the way up.
"It just around this comer. I'm sure of it."
Zoro was right. The place he wanted to show me was just around the corner.
"Oh my god, Zoro..."I said, breathlessly. The sight had stolen the it. I toke a seat on the cliff to get a better view of the beautiful display. Below the cliff, lived a city of soft pink water lilies, so tightly packed together that they moved as one in the wind. They were perfectly synchronized in ever movement across the lake. "It's beautiful."
"Yeah." He quietly laughed, but didn't bother to rest beside me. "I reminded me of the way you described your mother. I was just waiting for the right time to bring you."
I didn't want to look away because the sight might be a optical illusion. I want still yet to understand the majestically unique hues of color, and how everything has its own shade and place in the world. However, I managed to peel my gaze away, for Zoro. I softly smiled as I look him over, again. It was habit now, to look things over so that I could save them in memory. His head was a bed of untamable moss green hair that brightly contrasted against he evenly tanned skin and muscles. He was sporting a grey tank and shorts with sunglasses that had a double bar. I was not told we were taking a million mike hike, so I was over dressed for the occasion, frap clothes.
I quickly returned to look back at the 8th world wonder. As the wind began to churn the petals looked as if the plumped up. The subtle movement reminded me of the only women I'd ever love.
"Sanji." Zoro coughed as he tried to clear his throat. Suddenly, his boldness came back full force, just like the day he grabbed hold of my wrist in the rain. Only, he grabbed both my wrist to pull me off the cliff to stand I front of him.
"Sanji." Zoro stated with a new confidence in his voice as he pulled off his sunglasses so his gaze pierced mine. All of our fingers were now interlocked inbetween us as he gave me a Eskimo kiss.
"I have barely known your more then a year, but...this has been the happiest time in my life. When I'm with your its as if nothing else matters, and that's precious. Even when we are not together, the color your love surrounds me with is always a present reminder of your beauty." He signed as he looked at me lips, only to kiss my forehead. "A beauty that no flower could ever match."
"Z-Zoro." I mumbled, to taken back to even process the miracle happening around me. I was truly blessed. I was truly desired. Zoro let his hands slip of mine as he bent down on one knee, pulled out a blue, velvet box.
"Sanji, I can't live without you. You are my sunshine, and I'm yours for the taking of your would have me as your husband." Zoro smiled softly as he finally opened the box, showing me a double-headed diamond on a elegant band. "Sanji Vinesmoke, will you marry me?"
I could barely see now my vision was so burry with o many tear that would be useless to hold back. I could control myself as my hand spasmed to fan my wet face. "YES! YES!" I roared. Zoro instantly stood up to slip the ring on my finger, his grin matching mine.
For a cherry on top, we kissed. My arms around his neck, and his around my waist. A kiss so full of passion that the gods above would be jealous. We were truly two parts of the same person in that moment.
When we pulled apart the color around us was more beautiful and vibrant then ever.
