After shine had finished cleaning himself up he went to the couch and laid down, only to fall asleep not to long after.
Joey nocked on the door of his ashen 'friend' but heard no answer, so he tried again but still no anser. So he grabbed the spare key and unlocked the door walking in. The house was strangely quit. Joey started to walk around looking for his blonde 'friend'.
He walked into the living room to see shine asleep on the couch. "Aww how cute." He whispered walking over to the sleeping blonde. Shine look to be somewhat discomforted. He brushed shine's bangs out of his face to reveal a bruise above his right eye. Joey felt a twinge of anger. 'Who would dare!? Who would dare hurt shine, my shine, my sunshine?!' As he moved his fingers along the bruise a small whimper could be heard from the small man.
Joey then moved around to lay behind shine. Soon falling asleep too.
