Episode 23 answer was Steph. She said it when she was talking to Emily. I'm sorry I've been so late. I just have been so so busy lately it's kind've ridiculous I've got a lot on my mind. My main book TNS 16 Years On is coming to an end so I'm busy trying to write the last chapters. It's a really emotional time but I'm getting through it. Love you guys.
