My chapters are so short oops😂❤️ Please check out my other story 'The bee that got stung" it's about the liars back in high school, with Alison when they were younger. Thanks 💕

Toby's POV:

This morning did not go as planned; thanks to Yvonne things between Spencer and I are as fucked up as they were at the start.
I go to my phone to text Yvonne, but all there was, was a contact picture..?
- Oh spence 😂 -
Instead, I text Spencer:

Hey Spence, if you could call me that'd be great. I can explain about this morning.

I hesitated: would she even care?
...
Send.

Spencer's POV:

How can I help Emily with her proposal without messing it totally up — or probably never get round to doing it.
Ping!
I pull out my buzzing phone: It was Toby.
I read through the text, and quickly delete our chat. Explain? How can he explain his so called "ex" rampaging in, yelling about how 'I stole her boyfriend.' According to him, it was a 'one-off thing' but I've never heard of a hookup so attached to their one-night stand before. I drive back home, after grabbing a steaming coffee from the brew. As I pull up to my drive, another car is already there.
"What are you doing here?" I ask, cautiously stepping out of my car.
"I said I would explain..."
"Don't even-"
Toby slammed his car door, "Spencer, Yvonne and I are over!"
"Just like how you weren't together?"
"No, no it's not like that anymore."
"Anymore?"
"Yes. Not anymore. I swear." His sharp eyes innocently glare back.
"Okay then, whatever you say." I sarcastically nod and head inside, try to shut the door, except Toby's arm was blocking it. Gradually he paces in, gently closing the door.
"Spencer," he walks closer, "I'm sorry."
"Mhm"
"She's gone."
"Yea. So p, uh, how long were you two..."
He places his muscular arm on his neck, "Um... A while."
"How long is a while?" Tightly, I gripped my pleated skirt.
"Four years.."
I turn around, desperately trying to hold back tears. "Oh."

"You could've told me, rather than lying, again."
"You never asked,  but it doesn't matter anymore; because I want to be with you."
"Well that makes one of us." I turn back around, stiffening up, "and you know what?  I don't care anymore either, you obviously like her and I obviously don't like you so that seems right, and I'm not gonna stand here wasting my time trying to sort things out, because there is no fucking point, okay? So I would really, really appreciate if you would leave and preferably: don't come back!" I yell finally saying how I feel. That I'm not going to be lied to anymore.
"Spencer-" he was much more quiet.
"Leave me alone!"
The door was shut.

After a few minutes, I lay on the sofa tears streaming down my face, and throw a final pillow at the door. But that's what I wanted, right? Not to be with him. Or at least that's what I thought I wanted.
