Idk this sucks

Toby's POV:

Spencer didn't want to see me. She didn't want to talk to me. She didn't want to know me. She had made that very clear yesterday. Her words ringed back in my head:  you should leave, and preferably don't come back. Things weren't meant to turn out like this, she was never supposed to feel like this. Instead, I completely destroyed everything we ever had.

Spencer's POV:

Maybe things really were over. Maybe I had screwed things up even more then they were meant to be.
Ping! Ping!
I pull out my phone -

Hey Spence,  can you come round to mine, we need to sort out the proposal :) ooh, and I have pizza !
Em x

Proposal - I completely forgot about buying the flowers, and pretty much having the slightest clue of what I am gonna buy. Quickly, I cut some potted plants, (they look new enough) and grab my keys. I shove them in the door, but it won't open.  I keep  swapping the keys and try them all, until I have one left.

A circular picture is plastered on the top of it. A picture of Toby and I. Senior year, Philadelphia at a tiny bar.
With a final push, the door swings open. I get in the car, and start driving. I hit the radio with my hand, and again, it won't switch on.
"Come on!" I yell pressing down harder. All of a sudden, muffled sounds blast out from all different stations. After a few minutes, the radio goes silent, and I continue to drive to down the windy road. I feel different. I down know why or what, just different. More empty. More like an empty water bottle with water still dripping for the edges. Blank.
