Leah's POV
Getting Lianna as my roommate was the best thing that happened to me after moving here. She is so helpful, sweet and caring.
"Hon, If you need help please let me know. Don't hesitate. This school is kind of hard hitting for innocent and vulnerable people like you." Lianna said as she started to unpack her stuffs.
Innocent and Vulnerable, well I guess those words are perfect to describe me.
"Thanks. It really means a lot to me." I replied walking past her.
"And you should stay away from most of the boys here. They will probably take advantage of your innocence and probably provoke you to get in bed with them." , she advised.
"I'll be careful. Thanks again."
"No problem. What are friends for?"
I wish I was as confident as her.
"So where are doing lunch?" Lianna asked.
"I dont really know. This place is totally exotic for me." I replied
"Do you want me to show you around?"
"You could do that? That would be amazing!" I smiled.
"Sure, why not? Just get dressed and we will get going."
I quickly grabbed pair of skinny jeans and a T-shirt and got dressed.
"Lia, I am ready let's go." , I shouted.
"Let's go." , she replied taking her purse.
"So where do you want to go first? I guess you are hungry so let's eat first?" , Lianna asked.
"Sure. Is there any Mcdonalds somewhere near?" , I asked hoping there is because I love Mcdonalds!
"Sure there is. Let's get going first."
We both started heading towards the main gate of the school. As we were passing by the hallway we saw lots of students there rustling, giggling and some were even making out. I sulked at the scene of couples making out here and there. Maybe, It's because I never had a relationship. Hell, I have never even been kissed.
Unexpectedly, my gaze fell upon a boy. His dark blond hair swept over his forehead, his eyes were some what chocolate brown I assumed, he was cute. Yes, I just agreed he's cute so what? Afterall, I am a hormonal teenager. I watched as his tongue slid down a girl's throat. I huffed at the scene. Seeing that Lianna let out a long depressed sigh.
"You okay?" I asked.
"Fine." , She muttered.
"Lia, I thought we are friends! What's wrong?" I insisted.
"See that guy making out with the girl? Well, he's Cristopher. And, I like him. A lot. But you see my luck never favors me. He's a player, trying to get in every girl's pants is his adage." , Lianna explained.
Awww, poor girl she really must like him.
"Aw, honey don't worry he will come back to his senses some time I am sure. And if he doesn't I can always go and knock some sense into him" , I giggled.
"Thanks." , she looked sad as hell.
"Lianna babe, long time no see huh?" , the guy who was named as Christopher said looking into Lianna's eyes.
"Uh huh, shut up Taylor. I am not really in the mood to talk with you." , Lianna was pissed.
"Grumpy, are we?" , Christopher asked.
