"I invited Petra on account of her moving soon, but what are you doing here?"I sneered, looking down on a chuckling Eren on my couch. He scratched the back of his head, stuck out his tongue, and winked. My eye twitched.

A hand slapped onto my shoulder reassuringly. Petra beamed at me. "It's okay, isn't it, Levi? We're a trio."

"We are not a trio."

"Where's your popcorn?" Eren called from the kitchen. The sounds of cabinets opening and foodstuffs moving around came soon after.

"Who said you could rummage through my things?" I stomped after him. "Honestly, you act like such a chi- Clean that up right now!"

Today was Friday. Petra was moving soon, and I'd managed to stay normal around her, but... She was one of my first friends, and now she, too, would leave me? So I'd be selfish and be with her as much as I could, for my own sake. Hence now's events. Today was supposed to be a movie night. With Petra.

"Ooh, Levi!" Petra moaned in exasperation, hands locked around my waist from behind. "You need more self control!" I shook my fists at Eren, lunging and being held back by Petra. She'd set the fronts of her feet against either side of the doorway into the kitchen, holding me back.

Eren shook his fists as well, them by his sides as he shouted. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! Stop yelling!" he yelled. The freshman piled his arms with packaged food strewn about the counters and tried to put them back all at once. Needless to say, it backfired on him.

I gaped, infuriated, as he toppled to the floor. "What a mess! You imbecile! You waste of oxygen! You nincompoop-"

"Hello there!" a voice trilled from the doorway. Our heads whirled to see Hanji waving shamelessly and holding a pack of soda while helping a trail of others inside as well. Erwin, Mike, and Armin followed suit.

"What are you lot doing here?!" I screeched, pointing wildly.

"How mean," Hanji pouted. They held up the sodas and raised an eyebrow. "I brought drinks." That explains nothing!

Erwin twisted his hand into Mike's, nothing of it showing on either face, both currently set in stone. "I haven't had a break from school since August." School started months ago! "Also, I hope it's okay that I brought Mike," he boomed.

"I-I brought money for food, if it's alright," Armin stammered, nervously pushing up his glasses by the temples. Well, that's okay, I suppose.

Petra let go of me and straightened. I gave her a bewildered look. "I kinda invited them over. Figured you would be okay with it." She laughed and rubbed the back of her neck. "Well, I thought," she said this with lidded eyes and a sad smile, "that we could all hang out one more time again before I left."

My lips pursed. I crossed my arms, turning around with scorn. "Well, whatever. Clean up this mess, Eren!" I closed my eyes, ignoring the blush I'd seen on Petra's face. Eren bitched silently, scrambling back to work.

"Tadaima*!" yet another voice said from the doorway, rather playfully. "Oh- what's going on here?"

"Okaeri**," Eren called simultaneously and then jumped. He hunched under my scrutinizing glare, rushing, "I-I didn't even mean to respond like that. Who's home?"

I sighed, running a hand back through my undercut and ignoring his use of the word home. "My sister."

Mikasa strolled around the crowd of people- well, crowd being that the living room was so small- and approached us in the kitchen. "Levi, what are all your friends doing here? I thought it was supposed to be just us and Petra tonight." And then her eyes landed on Eren. A blush lit up her serene expression. "So, it's you."
