Wildfire (A HOO/Leo Valdez Fanfic)

Chapter 1

He was running,

He ran in the alley ways of New York as fast as his legs could take him.
You see, He didn't wake up that morning and think 'oh boy, today would be a great day to be attacked by a hot looking girl who turns into a donkey-vampire hybrid!';  but that was what was currently going on in his life.
He heard hissing and made the mistake of looking behind him, Now there were two donkey ladies chasing him..Well that just makes his whole situation much easier.

He ran into the woods, and they obviously followed him.
He ran even faster only to trip over a rock. Nice going!
'That's it' he thought.

He heard the girls-well, whatever you wanna call those things-screaming.
He expected them to be eating him alive but they weren't..weird
He quickly stood up and looked at the flaming-haired, donkey-legged, vampire-looking girls...They were pounding on the air, but it wasn't air...it was a force field? What?

He stumbled backward, His head was spinning. None of this made any sense to him.

He has been planning on running away from his current foster home,
but he winded up being chased by these...things instead

Everything made absolutely no sense right now.
He felt his vision dim, was going to be put out of his misery?
Without another thought, he passed out onto the cold ground.
