Do You Remember Me...?

Explanation

Anika's Point of View:

I slowly opened my eyes. I still felt weak from the blood loss. As I opened my eyes I saw a light blue celling. 'Where am I? My eyes scanned the room. I tried to sit up but my body refused to move. As I tried to move my arm I heard a noise. It sounded like chains clashing.

'What the heck!?' I moved my head to see what it was. 'OMFG I'M TIED UP TO A COUCH WITH CHAINS!!!' I was literly tied up with chains. Well the chains only grabbed my legs and wrists and one across my stomach BUT STILL.

I was scared that I might have gotten kidnapped or worse so I let out a scream. It wasn't that loud but it was loud enough to hear from the outside. Then a familiar voice said, "Dang why you so noisey?" I turned my head to see Keiko!

I looked at him he wasn't wearing his simple school uniform anymore. Instead a simple T shirt with black shorts. 'He looked good in simple clothes- WAIT! WHY AM I THINKING THAT!!!' He looked at me and then to the left. I followed his gaze and saw Mike tied up like me on a different couch.

'He tied us up....' I looked back at Keiko with a annoyed look that said,
Hello-I'm-chained-over-here. He smiled sheepishly and went to unchain me. The chains didn't hurt but it was annoying not able to move.

When he took them off I hugged him. "Why you tie me!?" I said while hugging him. He said, "Well if one of you guys woke up there would be a battle." He gave a slight chuckle. He was right I might have attacked Mike if he showed signs of danger.

We kept hugging until a certain giggle sounded. We turned to see Mike squirming. As Keiko walked up to him he didn't untie him..... Instead he sat him up. Mike looked around until his eyes settled on me. He instantly gave me a glare. He tried to attack me but he was still chained. Keiko then said, "Stop it Mike it's no use. You're drained and these chains absorb energy if you keep struggling." I didn't know that but it made sense.........wait where did he get them from!?

Then I remember that he did dig through Mike's bag and took a lot of things out before trowing it. I saw that they started yelling at each other. I felt like it was my fault. I quickly looked at them and yelled, "STOP!" I must have surprised them because they almost jumped.

Now that I had there attention I said, "I'm sorry...... This is all my fault." I looked at my feet and said, "You can hate me if you want but let me explain what happened that night." Mike's eyes were steaming with furry. He then yelled, "YOU THINK WERE FALLING FOR THAT TRIC-" Keiko cut him off, "Please explain."

Flash back
It was a normal sunny day.I walked tworda mine and Keiko's secret hide out. I always waited for him to come but today he was 5 minutes late. I got worried so I went to look at his house. I knew the risks but I was worried. I then saw 15 guys on dark cloaks. They all had the same logo in there back. It was a black eye with a colorful pupil.
I imidietly recognized it................The MONSTER COUNCIL!!! What are they doing here!!! I saw that they were fighting someone........... It was Keiko's parents. They were battling them.
There eyes were glowing purple and they had huge weapons that had extreme power. It surprised me that humans had that much strength. Then they activated there weapon. A blinding light hit me and that's the last thing I saw. I must have been knocked out because by the time my eyes opened there were just 10 guys and the parents were weak. 'There strong enough to deafet 5 members of of the Monster Council!.'
Then I saw one of the Monster Council guys use a spell a huge fire ball went straight twords them. They weren't gonna have time to block so without thinking I kicked the air with a huge amount of vampire power.
The fire ball didn't touch the parents but the house got surrounded by flames.
The council saw that there attack didn't work so the next guy used a spell I didn't recognize. All of a sudden black chains wrapped the parents. I went running twords them to help. But the guy made his hand into a fist. The parents were crushed......
Blood spilled everywhere. I was covers in it.
They saw me. Another council moved his hand twords me and I was suddenly struck with a wind spell. It sent me flying. Now I was covered with my own blood.
I had to use more than half my vampire strength to be able to get up and walk. I felt pain all over my body. I could berly walk and I was trying to run.
When I got back to Keiko's house it was almost covers with fire. I started to yell, "KEIKO!!! KEIKO!" I searched the whole house until I saw him by a window. He yelled something as I got in the house but I didn't hear.
I used vampire strength to brake through broken furniture or fallen roof. When I found Keiko I smashed the wood in between us.
He came running twords me until he looked at me. I was still covers in blood.
"It's not what it looks like-" I was cut off by a noise. A part of the roof fell and hit Keiko's head. He was unconscious.
I picked him up and jumped through the window. I was in pain and tired. As I tried to get Keiko as far away from here as possible I heard something.
I

looked back I saw someone about my age running twords me with a knife. He must have been human because I didn't sense power. I gently placed Keiko on the floor and ran away not knowing what to do...........
End of Flash back

As I explained what happens my eyes got watery. By the time I ended the story I was crying while weakly saying, "I'm sorry *sniff* I'm sorry for being weak.... *sniff*I'm sorry for not being strong enough to save them!" They were speechless. Keiko went and hugged me.

Then Mike started to whisper, "It's not true.........." Keiko turned "Uh?" Mike's head was down. "IT'S NOT TRUE!!! CAN'T YOU SEE SHES LIEING!!! WHY DO YOU BELIVE HER!!! I'M THE ONE THAT SAVED YOU THAT NIGHT!!! THE ONLY REASON THAT SHE GOT YOU OUT OF THERE WAS SO SHE COULD EAT YOU!!!" He yelled. He slowly moved his head up.

His eyes were glowing...................................................................bit not like a hunters. They weren't emerald green. Instead a really bright............ red...

'How? Why..... How could his eyes be red!? Why are they red!? There's no way he's a vampire so how---------------.......OH NO!!! NO,NO,NO,NO,NO NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY HIM OUT OF ALL THE PEOPLE ON THE WORLD WHY HIM!!!'
