So today's thought is lying and it's effect.
People lie to others everyday but certain lie hurt more than others and can cause people to define you as distrustful. But why? I mean I understand that if you someone cheated on you, there would be some issues, but why does that mean you can never talk to them again? Why does that mean you two or others are swore enemies? Do you not want to patch things up, and keep the things that brought you together in the first place. I think it is a bit of a waste to work so hard on a friendship or relationship just to throw it all away. Every last piece. Minutes, hours even wasted on someone to send them packing afterwards. Is that the point? Is it to show you are strong? Because honestly I think the fact that my ex became my best friend has made stronger and better. Being about to talk about what went wrong. Never having to explain myself to someone because they already know and are used to it. But I guess it might just really depend on your situation and why you feel you can't be around that person anymore.
