"Dexter Francoise Nuvarah" the voice called out to me, "You have been quite the pain in my side." I could hear things clattering, as if he was going through a silverware drawer. I was strapped to the stretcher. My arms, legs, and head were being restrained. "You were surprisingly hard to catch, Mr.Nuvarah. I'm pleased to say, that part of our adventure is now over." The man leaned over so I could see his face. He was an older looking man, he had a robotic right eye that glowed red, and was dressed like a mad scientist. He put his hand around my throat and said, "Unfortunately, for you, you will never see sunlight again." He released my throat and walked down passed my feet, continuing to taunt me. "I am inclined to give you a choice, however. If you don't tell me what I need to know I'll keep you here. We have the most elite medical equipment and staff. We won't let you die, scouts honor." He smiled at me. The kind of evil sadistic smile that pushes heart rates to record breaking speeds and sends chills down the backbone of your soul. "If you don't tell me what I need to know you will live the rest of your life in continuous pain. I'm not here to be your friend; I'm here to torture the information out of you. Should you find the idea of torture unpleasant, you may choose option B. If you tell me what I need to know all torture will cease and we will grant you a quick and painless death. How does that sound?" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. If I didn't give him what he wanted he would torture me, but if I did he was going to kill me anyway. My heart was racing. Not only was I still out of breath, but I could tell this guy wasn't bluffing. I was terrified; I didn't know what to do.Trying to contain myself I asked the man "What do you want from me?" The man picked something metal up off of a table that was over against the wall. "The answer to that is simple." he said as he sat down. "Where's my money?" I was in total shock. I had no idea what he was talking about. What money? Why would I know anything about anyone else's money? Shocked and terrified I asked, "What money?" The man stood up. "Don't play stupid with me." He sounded aggravated and impatient. "That student of yours gave you some cash. We'd been chasing him for weeks. When we finally caught him, we only found half of the cash he'd stolen from us. We finally got him to talk and he gave us your name. We know he gave the other half to you, we know you hid it, and we are going to get answers one way or another." By the time the man finished talking he was in my face with a knife held against my face. "Please," I pleaded, "I don't know of any money. You have to believe me." The man sighed and started to walk away, placing the knife down before walking to the door. "Nurse" he said. The female in the room responded, "Yes, Doctor?" The man stopped just before he got out the door and said, "I'm going to take a lunch break. Take care of our friend for me, please." "Yes, sir" the nurse replied. The man walked out of the room and the nurse walked up to me. She was leaned over me, but she had on a surgical mask so I couldn't see what she looked like. She placed a rag over my face and said, "I'm really sorry about this." Then she started pouring water on my face. I struggled to breath, trying to find gaps in the water to get air but there was no use. Everything started going black, and just before I felt myself pass out, I woke up. I was still terrified. It all felt so real. I looked around to find myself back in my own house, lying in my own bed. I jumped in fear as my alarm clock started to go off. I reached over and turned it off. It was seven o'clock in the morning, and time for me to get ready for work.
