OUR FALLOUT

31 2 2

Ever since this began I was a black veil bride

But now I wonder if we should just pierce the veil

Because from the look in our eyes,

We're going nowhere.

Do you know

I count your heartbeats before you sleep

With those sirens in your head?

I don't want to get scared

Of this ghost town we're trapped in.

If only we could escape to pvris

Without it causing us

To fall in reverse.

All I ever ask of you

Is to bring me the horizon.

But instead,

Everytime,

You collide with the sky

And leave me here to die.

I've said it once,

I've said it twice,

I've said it a thousand fucking times,

But it never ends;

This is sempiternal,

Over and over, again and again

Now that we've arrived at our all time low,

I might as well join the black parade,

Because I'm stuck in this chemical romance.

You're the tear in my heart,

But this is our fall out, boy;

We write our plight

With pens and knives

And the years fly by;

But with more regrets,

The less I try.

Everyone will panic at the disco now

Because it will be your blood on the dance floor.

You can't wake me up inside,

And I refuse to let you bring me to life.

After all,

I write sins, not tragedies.

I've seen it all before;

But even I have a secret,

And I'm gonna keep it

Because I know something you don't know:

True friends stab you in the front.

After all this time,

Can you still feel my heart?

I know you can't,

So let's just breathe in the Carolina air

And forget about those 5 seconds of summer we shared.
