The Evil Autobots

Being with the Autobots were a lot different than the Decepticons. They were nice to an extent. They were always watching where they were walking to make sure that they did not step on anyone. They were used to having children around due to the three that were already there. Miko was the crazy wild one while the two boys Raph and Jack were more calm. She longed to be by herself, but they were always following her asking how it was being with the Decepticons, asking how did I survive up there. Questions she was not ready to answer nor did she want to tell them the Decepticons' true side.

"If she does not want to talk, do not make her." spoke a loud deep voice from behind all the ruckus.

They all turned around even Cassidy to find that it was Optimus Prime himself, the very Autobot who stole her away from the Decepticons in the first place. If it weren't for him...No if it weren't for Arachnid she would still be with Megatron. While in her train of thought Optimus stooped down and gently picked her up.

"Optimus! That's not fair! We want to get to know her!" Miko cried out.

"Miko, she isn't speaking. She had a traumatic experience today, so I would advise everyone to give her some peace and quiet for right now." Optimus replied taking Cassidy out of the room. She looked up at him and then looked around to see where they were going.

"Are you okay?" Optimus asked."

Cassidy didn't say a word, she just looked down instead. Optimus saw this and didn't know what to say or do. She seemed to be in a depression and he didn't know how to fix that. Usually humans would be happy to be out of the Decepticon's grasp, but it seemed that she was more depressed being away from them.

Ratchet came up to Optimus as he was walking through the base. "Optimus, is the human female okay? She is the only one who seems to be...quiet."

"I don't know Ratchet, she won't talk at all and she seems to be in a depression which confuses me to no end. Usually anyone who was saved from the Decepticons would be happy to get out of their grasp but it just seems like she is depressed because she isn't with them or something. I don't know." Optimus replied.

Ratchet looked at Optimus and replied, "Humans are a weird species...I have looked on line and found out that there are some women who stay with their mates even when they beat them. But they feel that the man will change and that they will be able to do it. Another thing is Stockholm syndrom where some women fall for the capturer."

Hearing the two Autobots talk was really starting to make Cassidy mad. They didn't know anything. She started trying to get out of Optimus' grasp and to escape. She needed to get back to Megatron.

Optimus felt the human female start to squirm in his hand. He looked down to see she was trying to get out of his hand. He gently tightened his grip on her and apologized to Ratchet and walked off. He was off to his quarters where Cassidy would be safe and he'd be able to keep a better eye on her.

As they walked quietly down the hall Cassidy still tried to make her attempt to leave her prison and get back where she belonged. Optimus looked down and sighed, "What's wrong little one? Are we not your kind of company?"

Again Cassidy didn't respond. She knew that Optimus was trying to be kind and show her compassion, but it wasn't the same. There was something about Megatron that made her just tremble in a good way inside. Yes he was a bad guy, but she saw light in him. He just needed a little bit of work and that's it. Anyone could change if they wanted to. "No, Optimus, you guys are fine. It's just shock from going from a place where Decepticons roamed and you have to watch your back the entire time to where you can relax. It's not something I'm used to."

This was the first time she actually spoke to Optimus and he was taken aback by it. He looked down at her and found that she was looking up at him and actually starting to relax. Her heart rate started to slow down along with her blood pressure as well. "Can we get you back to your parents? Are you from around this area?" He asked.

"No, I'm from New York I was attending college when I was jumped by guys and surprisingly Megatron and the Decepticons saved me...the men who attacked me didn't have the same happy ending as I." Cassidy then noticed that she was starting to ramble on and on about the story on how she met Megatron and quickly shut up.

"Is everything okay?" Optimus asked.

"Yes...I'm fine...things just happen for a reason. I was the one picked to be the bait while the other guys were just killed on the spot." She muttered mostly to herself.

"It's interesting how some things happen. Megatron did save you, but ended up using you for something worse than death. Being up on his ship was more of a prison wasn't it?" Optimus replied.

She wanted to argue with him, but it would make Megatron look weak if she did so she ended up having to agree. "Yes, yes it was. Arachnid hated me the most. And because Megatron saw me as part of his evil plan he'd keep me with him and would protect me from her because of it. But the last time around she ended up getting me and bringing me here which is how you and I met and I ended up here.

Optimus listened to her very intently. She was opening up to him which was more than what she did to everyone else when she first arrived. But it seemed like the more she was talking, the more she started to day dream on how things were at the Decpeticon's head quarters. And before she knew it she was starting to drift off into her dream land.

Optimus chuckled a little bit and walked out of his room where the noise from the Autobots and the three human children were heard. Optimus activated his comlink and quickly had an open link to all the Autobots, "Cassidy is finally sleeping I would prefer if everyone quieted down while I put her into her own room."

All the Autobots confirmed their leader's request and everything died down. When Optimus turned the corner he saw Miko with Bulkhead whispering to one another, Bumblebee and Raf playing a racing game, then Jack was playing on his phone while Arcee was walking out of the room. Ratchet turned to see the Autobot leader entering the room and saw the sleeping Cassidy.

"Were you able to get her to talk any about the Decepticons?" he asked.

Optimus looked at him and replied, "I will tell you once she is laid to rest for the night."

Cassidy slowly moved in her sleep and everyone tensed up. They didn't know how she would react. But as soon as she settled back down and wasn't moving anymore, Optimus quickly walked to the room where the kids would sleep periodically. With his free hand he pulled down the sheets and covers of the bed and gently laid her down and then tucked her in. He smiled down at her a little bit and walked out of the room.

"What did she say about the Decepticons Optimus?" Ratchet asked again.

"Megatron saved her from being jumped by a couple of human males. She is from New York so having Megatron there beside her actually made her feel safe even though all the other Decepticons hated her." Optimus replied.

Everyone was in awe, Megatron saving her from other humans. "But why would he do that?" Miko piped up. "I mean we've all seen him, he's mean and scary."

"Apparently he had plans, and Megatron hate the weak. So why go ahead and pick someone who is weak, who won't fight back and take them hostage. It seems like the perfect plan to me." Optimus replied. 

Back in the bedroom where Cassidy lay, she tossed a turned a little bit hearing voices in the other room. "Optimus, what's going on?" she muttered.

Opening up her eyes she saw that she was no longer with Optimus but in a bedroom. She slowly got out of bed and went to the corner and heard them talking about what she had told Optimus. She felt anger inside her developed. She knew she couldn't trust him...the Autobots were worse than the Decepticons. At least she could tell things to Megatron and he wouldn't tell a soul because he didn't want a good reputation...but after what she had told Optimus...Megatron's reputation could be destroyed and it was all because of her.
