***Madi's POV***

My mom had texted me around 11:00 telling me she was coming to pick me up. I gathered all my things and ran out the door when I saw my mom pull up in Allie's driveway.

"Bye Allie! Bye metaphorical family!" I shouted as I ran out the door. I opened the back door of the car and threw my bag in then I hopped in behind it. My brother was sitting in the front talking to my mother.

"But everyone is going!" He complained. I rolled my eyes and tuned out of their conversation.

"Hi, Gracie-Lou. Did you have behave?" My mom called me Gracie-Lou because my middle name was Grace. I have no idea where the Lou part came from.

"Mom. What could I have possibly done that was misbehaving?" I questioned.

"I don't know. You tell me." I rolled my eyes and brushed off the topic.

My brother started changing the channel on the radio, then cranked the music. It was some rap with just a bass. I hated shitty songs like that.

"Awww yeah!" Johnathan said. My mom suddenly turned down the volume and changed the radio to the Christian radio station.

"I was bumping!" My brother whined.

"Oh, shut up." I said. He just scowled at me. Retard.

I sat on my bed and rubbed my temples as my brother screamed bloody murder in his room next to me.

"Shuuuuuttt uppppppp!" I yelled. He was playing Nazi Zombies on his Xbox, like I wish I were. I turned on my computer that was hooked up to my TV. Then I grabbed my iPod and checked if Nicole (my best friend opposed to Allie who was my sister) was on Skype. She was online so I Skyped her. She immediately answered.

"Hiiiiiii!" I sang as I opened up Minecraft.

"Heeellloooo! Where were you? I called you like five times!" Nicole wondered.

"Sorry! I went to Allie's house." Nicole pulled a pouty face.

"Without meeee?"

"Soooooorrryyyy!!!" I logged onto my Minecraft account and clicked multiplayer. I went on my favorite server with Nicole.

"Lara has been acting up again." Nicole said. I scowled. Lara was Nicole's frenemy. I just plain hated her. Lara was ADD and bipolar or something like that. One minute she was nice, and the next she was a total douche.

"I don't want to get involved again." I said rolling my eyes. On Minecraft, I had just spawned at Lara's house, which we lived at just for a place to stay and put our stuff.

"We need to leave this island and get as far away from Lara's house as we can!" I suggested, jumping into the water and sailing in my boat to find a new unoccupied island.

"Yeah. Let me grab our stuff." Nicole replied. I sailed for a little while and eventually found a nice island.

"Too bad this island isn't ANYTHING like our old island... Or rather continent." I said referring to where we used to live. It was huge, we just called it our continent. Then our home was completely destroyed and someone had taken everything. So we quit the server. Nicole convinced me to come back and live with Lara until we found a new place. I sailed my boat up to the island and got out of it. There was no one in sight so I began to build our house with what little resources I had.

"Hang on. Let me teleport to you." Suddenly, Nicole's avatar appeared inside my body.

"Get out of my brain!" I cried. Nicole moved forward and got hit by something. She screamed as she was chased by a swarm of zombies.

"I'm coming Nikki!" I shouted as I attacked the zombies with my prized diamond sword. We fought the last of them off then began to build the house again. Suddenly, BOOM!! A creeper had blown up, leaving our house I half.

"NOOOOOO!!!! DAMN YOU CREEPER!!" I screamed. Nicole just laughed at me as she filled in the hole the creeper had left. From then on, I stood guard outside the house while Nicole built. She finally finished. I turned around to look at it. My mistake. BOOM!!

"GOOOODDD DDDAAANNGGG ITTT!!!!!!" I screamed as I was blown up. Nicole laughed at me in her retarded laugh that just made me laugh. I teleported to her and picked up all the stuff I had lost. I cursed under my breath, still laughing.

A whole later, I heard Nicole's brother, Kevin, walk into Nicole's room.

"Time's up." He said. He and Nicole had to take turns on the laptop. It sucked!

"I gotta go, Madison. Byyeeee!! I'll Skype you in an hour."

"Kay, see ya." I said and hung up the call. Sad face. Now I had nothing to do. Johnathan screamed again. Please. Whatever he was doing couldn't be that scary. I walked into his room and looked at what he was doing. Bad idea. I looked at his screen and saw my worst nightmare. I screamed and ran out of Johnathan's room as he laughed at me.

"Slenderman isn't real. Slenderman isn't real." I chanted.
