Chapter 6 The Death of the Child of Darkness

READER'S POV

I was sitting on the couch looking at the family photo album and then Dark Link sat next to me and said,"Stop worrying, they'll be fine." I then said,"How can you say that? We don't know what those guys are up to and we don't know what their next plan of attack will be." Dark Link places his arm on my shoulder and says,"Stop fretting about that, look, white fang can-"

"Master Dark Link! Lady (Y/N)!" We both looked at who called for us and it was Strider and he was out of breath. I said,"Strider what are you doing here I thought you were supposed to be with the guardian wolves?" Strider then says in a panic,"I was but I've got bad news! White fang and the light and darkness sisters have been kidnapped by Ghirahim!"

"What!?"I shouted. Dark Link then said,"You idiot! How could you let this happen!?"

"I'm sorry! I thought White Fang could fight him off but I was wrong I think they've gone back to the Shadow relem."Strider says. I looked at Dark Link and said,"Dark Link, we need to get there and fast."

"We can't remember? Ganon is using the kids as bait if you go then he'll take your powers for good." Dark Link said. I smiled and said,"Don't worry, as long as I have this Rosary on me I'll be fine last time when he tried to steal them the rosary protected me."

"All right, Strider go and tell the elders about what happened Shadow fang, (Y/n) and I will go to the shadow relem."Dark Link said. Strider nods his head and says,"Got'cha."

Strider ran off to the elders and then the three of us headed to the Shadow relem's portal. Once we got there Link was there as well and he told us that wanted to come along as his way of saying sorry for not protecting me or the kids from before. We went through the portal and then we had a look around the forest and everything was so quiet for some odd reason. Link spoke up saying,"It's too quiet here, think it's a trap?"

"No, Ganon knows we would've came through here if he hadn't then wouldn't there be some guards here and the other side of the portal."Dad said. I then said,"Dad's right and look, he's left a trail for us." I said as I pointed at the ground that leads to the castle. 

We followed the trail and then we were at the castle entrance and everywhere we looked it's too quiet and there wasn't a guard in sight. I then said to the others,"Listen, The kids could be locked up in the dungeons somewhere."

"You're right, if I'm correct the dungeons should be below us."Dark Link said. Link then said,"How do you know?"

Link asked and then Dark link said,"I know because I came here before." Just then we heard a voice saying,"So you've finally arrived, Child of darkness." I looked up at the pillar and Ghirahim was sitting up there with his hand on his cheek staring at me. I then said to him angrily,"Where are my son and daughters!?"

"Calm down they're safe, for now." He said with a smirk. I shouted,"What do you mean!?"

"If you want to find your son and daughters that badly then go to the dungeons or if you want to find Ganondorf then go through those large doors they lead to the throne room, Choose wisely, or you'll lose you precious children forever, hehehehe!" He said as he disappeared leaving behind some diamonds behind him. I then turned to Dark Link and said,"Dark Link, you, dad and Link will go to the dungeons and get them outta here, I'll go and face Ganon."

"What!? Have you gone mad!?" Link said. father said,"Dark Link's right, Ganon might try and steal your powers again."

"I already told you, last time the rosary protected me as long as it stays on me I'll be fine and if I'm not back by the time you've got the kids out of this place and the shadow relem come and get me." I said to them. Dark Link sighs and says,"All right but promise me that you won't die on me?"
