Chapter 3

The Next Day

Parks Modeling and Co

Sooyoung arrives at the company and walks inside to meet Seohyun. "Sooyoung, hey!"Seohyun waved at her. Sooyoung walk towards her. "Hey, Seohyun"She said. Seohyun smiles, "So how did it go with your meeting?"She asked, Sooyoung looks down to her shoes. "It was ok.."She said. "Ok, so um I already signed you in, if you didn't mind"Seohyun said. Sooyoung shook her head, "No that's fine".

"Babe got you coffee"Luhan said as he approaches the two ladies, handing Seohyun coffee. "Gomawo Lulu"Seohyun said before grabbing the coffee. "Oh hello,Sooyoung"Luhan said before bowing respectfully and Sooyoung did the same. "Luhan, I told you not to be so formal"Sooyoung said.

"I know but still have to be respectful"He said. Sooyoung giggled, "Well that's true". Luhan cleared his throat, "So I heard that you got the job, Congrats"He said. "Thank you"Sooyoung said.

"Well, Mr Park should be waiting for you"Seohyun said. "I'll take her up there"Luhan said. "Sure, bye Sooyoung"Seohyun waved. Luhan and Sooyoung went inside an elevator and waits. Sooyoung was sitting quietly as Luhan was looking at his phone. "So..how long have you've been working here?"She said. "4 months.."He replied. "Oh.."that's all what Sooyoung could say. Suddenly the door opened revealing an angry blonde woman.

"That Oh Sehun, is the worst!"She said as she entered the elevator. "What's up Yoona?"Luhan asked her as he looks up from his phone. "That jerk always want bubble tea while I want Starbucks! So I left him-who's this?"Yoona turns her attention to Sooyoung.

"This is Choi Sooyoung, our new employee"Luhan said. "Annyeonghaseyo, my name is Im Yoona, one of the models who work here"She said. "Oh, nice to meet you"Sooyoung smiled. "You too"Yoona smiled back.

 Ting

"Well that's your stop Sooyoung, remember where his office is?"Luhan asked, she nods. "Ok then, see ya around"Luhan said. "Annyeong, nice to meet you"Yoona said, Sooyoung waves as the elevator closes.

"Alright Soo, you can do this"She said taking an deep breath before heading to Chanyeol-I mean Mr.Park's office.

Knock Knock

"Come in"Chanyeol said. Sooyoung walks in slowly, "Oh Sooyoung, right on time"He said not looking at her. "Morning..boss"She said awkwardly which caught Chanyeol's attention. "Wow so now you're calling me boss, what happened to calling me 'Chanyeol'?"he said smiling slightly at her.

Sooyoung looks at her shoes, "Well I was thinking about what happened Yesterday, and was wondering about forgetting what happened then and start over?"she said. Chanyeol nods before tapping a finger on his chin. "Hmm, I guess that would be fine"He said.

"Ok then..well I came to get the paper work you wanted me to fill out"Sooyoung said looking up at him. "Oh yeah, hold on"He gets up from his chair and gets some papers. Sooyoung decides to look around the office which is neatly decorated. Sooyoung smiled, surprised that her ex kept something clean. 

Suddenly something caught her eyes, on the desk was an picture of Chanyeol standing with another woman having an arm around her. They were both smiling and the woman had her head on his chest. Sooyoung's smile faded..'So you did move on'she said in her mind.

"So here you go"Chanyeol came back with a folder full of papers. "Oh thanks.."Sooyoung smiled slightly as she took the folder from him. They're hands accidentally touched which made them slowly look up at each other. This happened for a few seconds until Chanyeol slipped his hand away looking away from Sooyoung.

"Um well I should go, thanks"Sooyoung said awkwardly. "Yes..um bring them back at noon"Chanyeol replied. "Arraeso..um see ya then"She said before walking away to the office door. Chanyeol watches her leave. He sighed before, receiving a call. "Yoeoboseyo"He said. "Jinja?I'll be right over"he said before hanging up.

Chanyeol pulls up to the hospital in his car. He parks into one of the parking spaces and exits to walk into the entrance of the building. He walks in to see his sister in the waiting room crying. "Yoora noona, what happened?"He asked as he approached her. "Chanyeol ah, it was terrible. Appa got in a t-terrible accident"She said while sobbing uncontrollably. 

Chanyeol started crying silently, he hugs his older sister. "Where is eomma?"He asked. Yoora wiped her tears before speaking, "She's talking to the doctors". "I'm sorry Ms.Park but your husband didn't make it we did everything we could"They heard the doctor said. They turned their attention to their mother. 

"What! He can't be! No!"Ms.Park cried loudly before falling on her knees. "Eomma"Chanyeol said before walking towards her, Yoora followed suit. He kneels down and hugs her, "Your appa..he's gone"she said still crying. "What?"Chanyeol said his eyes widened as tears fall. "I'm so sorry"His mother hugged both of her children and they hugged back crying.
