If We Were a Movie

The First Scene

Kate was in her trailer when the camera turned on. Her hair was down and slightly curled. From what the camera saw she was wearing a dark red tank top with black choker necklace with a ruby dangling in the center. "Hey guys!" She said waving. "So I'm here on set. I just finished in hair and make up so I'm ready for my first scene. The first scene I'm doing is when my character finds out who she really is, and that's a sorceress. For those who read the book you know exactly what I'm talking about. For those that haven't, well, go read it, or continue to be confused and uncool. Cause reading is cool kids." She said giving the camera a stern look. "Stay in school, read as much as you can, and listen to your parents." Then she started laughing. "I'm being totally serious but most of you won't listen to me."

She laughed again then got up and bent down. "Alright well I'm going to be needed soon so peace guys! Remember to rock on and always be the best you that you can be." she giggled then blew a kiss at the camera turning it off.

Right after she turned it off there was a knock and Amara walked in. "Hey, hey, hey! Look at you girl!" I laughed then twirled for her. "Lookin' good." Amara said laughing.

"Well thank you darling." I said with a giggle.

"Anyway, Cam sent me to tell you they are ready for you."

"Alrighty!" I grabbed my camera real quick and handed it to Amara as we walked out.

"Action!" Cam yelled.

Adley (Myself) ran into the office room. "What the hell was that?!" She turned and yelled at her best friend Kaia (Emma Stone) and the man with the wand. (Alan Rickman). "And who the hell are you?!" Adley yelled again.

Kaia: "Adley clam down. Just breath. You're safe now."

The Man: "She won't be for long."

Adley replies freaked out: "How do you know? Who are you?"

The Man: "I'm Mavis. And those people that just attacked you-"

Kaia turns sharply: "Mavis don't!"

Mavis: "She deserves to know."

Kaia: "Now is not the time."

Mavis: "When will be the time Kaia?!"

Kaia huffed: "This isn't how this was supposed to happen. This was supposed to be done delicately."

Mavis scoffs: "Well 'delicately' just went out the window."

Adley: Crossing her arms, "Yeah, along with freak number one."

Mavis and Kaia look at her almost surprised by her comment.

Adley: Shrugs. "I joke when I'm nervous."

Silence for a long moment.

Adley: "Can someone just please tell me something?"

Kaia glances at Mavis then looks to Adley and nods.

Kaia: "Adley, everything we are about to tell you is going to sound completely strange and unreal, but it is real. You are just going to have to trust us."

Adley scrunches her face: "You're kind of freaking me out right now Kaia."

Kaia: "I'm sorry I don't mean to." Takes deep nervous breath.

Mavis: "You're a powerful sorceress. There I said it."

Kaia turns to him: "Mavis!"

Adley: "What?!"

Mavis replies firmly: "I'm saving us a lot of time. We cannot do delicate as of this moment. More of those demons will be here soon."

Adley: "Demon?!"

Mavis: "We have to get her to the portal before they are able to get to her."

Adley: "Portal?!"

Kaia: "There has to be another way. She's not ready to enter the other realm."

Adley: "Other realm?"

Mavis: "There is no other way. If we don't get her to the Bounties soon it's going to be bad."

Adley: "I am so confused."

Kaia: "Fine." Turns to Adley. "Come on. We have to get you out of here."

Adley: "Wait!"

Everyone freezes.

Adley: "Sorceress? Demons? Portal? Another real? Bounties? What the hell? If I'm being punked, congrats you've got me bring out the freaking camera's! This is ridiculous!"

Kaia: Sighs. "I know this is difficult. But please you have to believe me. You aren't being punked. This is completely real."

Adley replies firmly: "Then what is going on?"

Kaia: "I'll have to explain on the way."

Mavis looks out the window.

Mavis: "We have to move now! They're less than three minutes from us. We need to move before they get in the air."

Kaia nods and grabs Adley pulling her out of the office.

"Cut!" Cam yelled. "That was great guys!"
