Dr Yoamatse's POV

"They're just through here Doctor" I bowed politely to my Secretary and entered the conference room to find a group of rather distressed looking girls.

Each seemed to be increasingly paranoid and I noticed one only appeared to be around six years old, another clung tightly to a boy whose eyes darted from place to place. I sighed and cleared my throat.

"Good Evening everyone, I'm Doctor Yoamatse but as you aren't patients you may refer to me as Cain. I have read through your files and statements and after deliberating carefully I have decided to take your cases on." The entire room erupted into "thank you" and "thank god" before silence returned.

"I will give you all a separate timetable of sessions that you will need to bring your various "invalids" to, there will also be pills prescribed to you and your partner. I also offer self defence classes and therapy for those of you that need it." They cheered as I finished, I smiled warmly at the little girl, handing her the easier timetable to adhere to.

I soon finished handing out the letters and saw all of my new clients off safely before making my way to the lower level of the clinic to prepare for my first appointment 'Hiroshi Yamagami' I sighed, he was the man that had killed my dear friend and patient of ten years Mrs Hanada.

I pressed button 1-a and the room morphed into that of a young female aged from toddler to the age of ten with the notable exception of a bed with restraints attached to it. I was a black belt in most martial arts but it's easy to deal with an unstable patient if they are restrained to prevent harm coming to myself or the patient.

I walked down the corridor into my private quarters and settled down for the night.

This will be fun!
