It's scary and terrible. Sometimes I find myself in situations so frightening for myself I can't even talk. Those situations are not beautiful they are not are just messes. My mental condition is not your Instagram post. All I see is accounts based on people who post about inaccurate experiences. I've only ever seen one account with accurate experiences and let me tell you. They shared stories about their mental attacks. They drew pictures of what their demons looked like. My demons are not your post. My anxiety is not your account. My conditions are not yours to steal and claim as your own. My brain is not yours to speak for. My discomfort is not your joke. My anxiety is not yours to share. My story is not yours to tell. My anxiety is not a beautiful mess. My anxiety is not beautiful. My anxiety is me." ~ Jaelin 2016
