I dream inside, when I collapse
Of a cottage home under mountain flaps
I dream of streams cutting through our land
Of gentle shores, and pearl-white sandI dream of you, smiling back at me
I dream of us living wild and free
And when the world grows too big to bear
I dream of you, sunshine in your hairI dream of paradise, deep in your eyes
You have to know how I long to be
Wrapped in your arms for eternity
And when my tongue betrays me
I dream you, I dream of weYou are my dream when the skies turn gray
You are my light, help me find the way
You are my rose, kept in a glass case
You are the sun, that lights my faceAnd when my blackened heart ceases to beat
You are the only one that I will seek
And when I find you there, amongst the sea
I'll be with you, you'll be with meA den of roses
You are my dreamFor Hayden.
